Isomat Primer Professional is a concentrated water-based acrylic primer for use before applying emulsion or acrylic paints. It can be applied to new surfaces such as plaster, concrete, bricks and masonry, and offers strong adhesion and high penetration. It is odourless and recommended for occupied indoor spaces.
Dilute by 300–400% with clean water and apply one coat. The substrate must be dry and free from grease, loose material and dust, and any imperfections must be repaired. Apply with a roller, brush or airless spray gun at temperatures between +10 °C and +35 °C. It is touch-dry in 1 hour and can be recoated after 4 hours. Coverage is 15–20 m² per litre per coat, depending on the surface’s absorbency and the dilution ratio.
