Chrotech Primex A-1300 primer is a clear, solvent-based acrylic primer. It penetrates and adheres to surfaces, helping to stabilise difficult and friable substrates such as old plaster, cement-based materials, and walls painted with limewash or low-quality paints.
It can be applied to interior and exterior surfaces and waterproofs the substrate while still allowing it to breathe. It prepares the surface for the application of acrylic or emulsion paints.
