REDOX is a chromate-free anticorrosion primer based on air-drying alkyd resins. It is recommended for painting metal surfaces and provides top-notch anticorrosion protection for a long period of time. It exhibits excellent adhesion and flexibility on metal surfaces with exceptional resistance in highly corrosive conditions.

Application method: brush, spray gun.

Thinning:

• For brush painting, thin up to 5% v/v with CHROTEX Brush Thinner.
• For spray gun painting, thin up to 10% v/v with CHROTEX Spray Gun Thinner.

Coverage: 10.5±1 m²/Lt per coat.

Application instructions:

• Surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of rust, oils, loose materials, old paints, etc.
• The products PRERUST and RUSTABIL can be used to remove rust.
• REDOX is applied in 1-2 coats.
• Then, paint with a final alkyd color (e.g., MOBILAC).

Thinner: CHROTEX Brush Thinner or CHROTEX Spray Gun Thinner, depending on the painting method.
