    I think it is one of the best water-based primers for covering yellowing and mold on walls (after cleaning with diluted chlorine always), which also reduces the need for final anti-mold paint if the entire wall is coated. Time will tell how effective it is in the long run. It is recommended to apply two coats in areas with significant mold. The smell is relatively strong in the first 24 hours, especially the first 12... but what can you do if you have issues, the main thing is to do the job correctly.
