The Varisan Fashion graduated compression pantyhose provides compression of 23–32 mmHg, delivering 100% of the prescribed compression at the ankle, 70% at the calf and 40% at the thigh. It is indicated for varicose veins, oedema and phlebitis, as well as varicose veins with skin intolerance, prevention of recurrent venous ulcers, superficial and acute deep vein thrombosis, prevention of post-thrombotic syndrome, and class I and II lymphoedema.

It is made from 55% microfibre polyamide and 45% Lycra, with a yarn weight of 580 DTEX. The microfibre provides breathability, and the silicone is hypoallergenic. The pantyhose is certified by the German RAL Institute.

    Effective yes, but I am looking for alternatives after the first 2 uses. It was purchased for POTS and while it did help with the heart rate and migraines, it is so rough that pulling it up caused wounds on both hands (see photo) where it touched. Also, it was not easy at all to apply to the groin. It always stayed a few centimeters lower no matter what I did. I am 1.68m and weigh 79 kg, for comparison.
