Gin Mare is an ultra-premium gin originating from Spain. Its uniqueness lies in its Mediterranean botanical character, where rosemary, basil, and thyme blend with citrus fruits and a very distinctive ingredient, arbequina olives. Juniper and thyme dominate, while the taste is characterized by a slight oiliness from the arbequina olives. Basil, coriander, and rosemary are also noticeable, while the citrus fruits give it a crispy, fresh character.
