Owatrol Oil rust stabilizer penetrates metal and stabilizes rust, limiting its further spread. Its clear formula preserves the surface’s natural appearance and allows paint to be applied directly over the rust. It can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as wood, plastic and glass.
It creates a bonding layer that adheres to surfaces such as galvanized metal, aluminum and zinc, and can be used as a base for primers or topcoats. It improves the flow and coverage of oil-based paints and gives them anti-rust properties. Heat resistant up to +175 °C.
