Powerful adhesion primer with fine and medium-grain quartz sand for improving the adhesion of mortars on smooth substrates.

Applications:

  • Used on smooth surfaces, such as tile-on-tile installation, cement boards, and exposed concrete, to enhance the adhesion of plaster or mortars.
  • Can be applied over painted surfaces (with plastic or acrylic facade paint) for micro-cement applications.
  • Acts as a bonding bridge between the N-Thermon® board and Deplast® plaster.

Properties & benefits:

  • Very strong adhesion on both porous and smooth surfaces.
  • Allows plastering even if several days have passed since its application.
  • Resistant to the alkalinity of cement.
  • Suitable for both interior and exterior use.

    I primed floors made of mosaic and another floor with old tiles, in order to lay new ones on top. The next day, as soon as I combed the tile adhesive, the primer peeled off. I used it in 2-3 jobs and had the same problem. The work was done in the summer. Another colleague also had this problem, in the past.
