Fit & Shape Amino PeP Hydrolysate capsules contain milk protein hydrolysate with dipeptide and tripeptide bonds. The protein has undergone pre-enzymatic processing and denaturation to help it be absorbed more quickly. The product is intended for use as a dietary supplement, including after training.

The recommended use is one serving immediately after training and one in the evening before bed. On non-training days, take one serving in the morning on an empty stomach and one in the evening before bed. It may also be used between meals. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children, and should not replace a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature of up to 28 °C.
