We have adapted our new proprietary brushless motor into our most compact design. The Mini achieves a balance you've never seen before between power and size, making it a convenient option for quality Theragun relief on the go.

Cramping, knots, and tension can strike at the most inconvenient times, and when you go off the beaten path, the Mini is right there with you. Slip it into your jacket pocket or stash it in your gear for easy access and a quick sweep on your calf or shoulders just when you need it.

Silent Operation

Discreet, almost silent operation, while you immediately relieve your tension, whether you are on the go or in the comfort of your home. This is the power of QuietForce technology.

Charging & Battery

  • After turning off the device, connect the power adapter to the charging port of the Theragun mini
  • The LED light on the power/speed button will blink until fully charged
  • Charging is complete when the LED light on the power/speed button is solid green
  • The battery level is continuously displayed on the LED light of the power/speed button when the device is on. To check the battery level when the device is off, momentarily press the power/speed button and the battery LED light will blink to indicate the battery level



Battery Level The battery level on the mini is indicated by the following colors:

  • Blinking red: Low charge
  • Blinking blue: Medium charge
  • Blinking green: High charge
  • Solid green: Fully charged

3 Speeds

The 3 different speeds (1750, 2100, 2400 percussions per minute) have been scientifically selected to offer you the maximum therapeutic benefits. Choose the one that suits you according to your goal (low for recovery, high for warm-up and activation).

Ergonomic handle

We adapted the patented triangular handle of the Therapgun to the unique shape of the Mini, to offer you smooth and ergonomic use when holding it, reducing pressure on your hands and wrists.

150 minutes of continuous operation

One of the biggest advantages of the device is the built-in lithium battery with a long duration of 150 minutes of continuous operation.

The device comes with 1 head, the StandardBall, ideal for general use on large or small muscle groups. It attaches easily to the device and is easy to clean, thanks to its non-porous material (closed cell foam).

The device is compatible with all available heads (Dampener, Cone, Thumb, Wedge, Supersoft) – sold separately.

Instructions for Use

  • To activate the Theragun mini, press and hold the multifunction power/speed button on the right side of the device for 2 seconds
  • Float the device over areas needing treatment, gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed
  • Press the power/speed button again to toggle between 3 speeds
  •  The mini should be used with the attachment making vertical contact with the skin. Only the device's attachment should come into contact with the skin or the area being treated. Do not use the device at an angle that brings the impact arm of the device into contact with the skin
  • To turn off the Theragun mini, press and hold the power/speed button until the device turns off

    To be honest, this video is about the theragun mini2 and not the first version. The only difference in the second version is the smaller size and the USB C port it has become.
    Powerful and sturdy, with very good quality plastic and quite silent compared to the theragun pro 4 that I have.
    It has a USB C port for charging and comes with three heads, one soft, one medium, and one hard.
    Of course, other Therabody heads can also be adapted, which can be purchased separately.

    Its battery is built-in and not removable. It has three intensity levels: 1750, 2100, and 2400 ppm. It also has an automatic pause at high pressure, as you can see in the video.
    Its size is ideal for taking it with you in a bag all day.
