After years with stirella I can say that I am absolutely satisfied, regarding the ironing quality, the weight, and the amount of water it holds. Of course, I haven't had it for very long. For now, everything is very good but time will tell in the long run

I have had it for over two years. During the warranty, I changed the descaling cap and some internal valves, as it suddenly stopped working.
After two years, beyond the warranty, water suddenly started leaking from the base. The damage cost 70 euros. I paid it.
Recently, the trigger broke. Fortunately, the spare part costs 2 euros and I will replace it myself.
The only good thing is the helpful service in western Thessaloniki, where every time they gave me a Philips system until mine was repaired.
In summary, in three years, three times in service, 70 euros in damages that I paid.
In terms of performance, it is relatively good, but in terms of reliability, it is very bad.
Το έχω πάνω απο δύο έτη. Μέσα στην εγγύηση άλλαξα τάπα αφαλάτωσης και κάτι εσωτερικές βαλβίδες, καθώς ξαφνικά δεν λειτουργούσε.
Μετά την διετία, πέραν της εγγύησης, ξαφνικά έτρεχαν νερά απο την βάση. Η ζημιά ήταν 70 ευρώ. Τα έδωσα.
Πρόσφατα έσπασε η σκανδάλη. Ευτυχώς το ανταλλακτικό έχει 2 ευρώ και θα το αλλλάξω μονος.
Το μονο καλό είναι το εξυπηρετικό service στην δυτική Θεσσαλονίκη που κάθε φορά μου έδιναν ενα σύστημα philips μέχρι να επισκευαστεί το δικό μου.
Συνοψίζοντας, σε τρία χρόνια, τρείς φορές στο σερβις, 70 ευρώ ζημιά που πλήρωσα.
Απο απόδοση είναι σχετικά καλό, αλλά απο αξιοπιστία είναι πολύ κακό.

You must be kidding, 1.5€ for the steam trigger, I bought three. The iron works normally.
The service in Thessaloniki that collaborates with BRAUN should have replaced the entire hand iron, obviously to have spare parts for the next ones. Regardless of the fact that they also sold the trigger for 4€.

Ενημέρωση πριν το πέταμα.
Μετά από ψάξιμο στο διαδίκτυο για να μην κλάψω τα λεφτά, βρήκα ανταλλακτικό.
Να έχεις τον θεό σου 1,5€ η σκανδάλη του ατμού πήρα τρεις. Το σίδερο λειτουργεί κανονικά.
Το σέρβις της Θεσσαλονίκης που συνεργάζετε η BRAUN, έπρεπε να αλλάξει όλο το σίδερο χειρός, προφανώς για να έχει ανταλλακτικά για τους επόμενους. Άσχετα αν πουλούσε και αυτό την σκανδάλη με 4€.
ΑΓΟΡΑΣΤΕ ΤΟ ΘΑ ΣΩΘΕΙΤΕ
After 3 months of using the iron, it was impossible to use it again because water was coming out of the plate as soon as you pressed the steam button. After contacting the company and sending the iron, they concluded that there was nothing wrong and that it just needed to reset itself.
Μετά από 3 μήνες χρήσης του σίδερου ήταν αδύνατον να το ξανά χρησιμοποιήσεις λόγω του ότι έβγαιναν νερά από την πλάκα του μόλις πατούσες το κουμπί του ατμού. Έπειτα από επικοινωνία με την εταιρία και αποστολή του σίδερου έφτασαν στο συμπέρασμα ότι δεν είχε τίποτα και ότι χρειάζονταν μόνο του να κάνει reset..
Good for ironing. After 2 and a half years, the steam button broke and they asked for more money to replace it than what I had bought it for. Good for ironing but not particularly reliable.
Καλό στο σιδέρωμα. Στα 2μιση χρόνια χάλασε το κουμπί του ατμού και για την αντικατάστασή του ζήτησαν περισσότερα χρήματα απ' όσα το είχα αγοράσει. Καλό στο σιδέρωμα αλλά όχι ιδιέταιρα αξιόπιστο.
Currently, it is the lightest and most user-friendly iron on the market. (I have a problem with my hand, and I went to the exhibitions and tried one - to understand the difference in weight).
Within the first quarter, it had some issues: it was leaking water, probably from the base, but it stopped after use.
2) Within another quarter, it stopped producing steam, luckily I am in Athens, and the entire handle was replaced.
In terms of iron quality and how smoothly it glides on clothes - it is impeccable. (Something like an old favorite stirella).
Ergonomically, this specific model is perfect, regardless of the technical problems it presents.
Αυτή τη στιγμή είναι ελαφρύτερο και πιο εύχρηστο Σίδερο της αγοράς. (έχω πρόβλημα με το χέρι μου, και πήγα στις εκθέσεις και τα πήρα ένα -ενα στο χέρι για να καταλάβω την διαφορά σε βαρος).
Μέσα σε πρώτο τετράμηνο παρουσίασε προβληματα: έχανε νερό μάλλον από την βάση, μετά την χρήση το σταμάτησε.
2) μέσα σε τετράμηνο πάλι, σταμάτησε να βγάζει ατμό, ευτυχώς είμαι Αθήνα, και είχε αλλαχθεί ολόκληρο "το χερούλι".
Από άποψη ποιότητας σιδερόματος, και τρόπο που γλιστράει πάνω στα ρούχα - είναι άψογο. (Κάτι σαν παλιά αγαπημένη stirella).
Εργονομικά το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο είναι τέλειο άσχετος τα τεχνικά προβλήματα που παρουσιάζει.
Within 2.5 years of use, the steam system broke down twice... and now it is no longer covered by warranty... it is not justified for its price.

Έχω το σιδερο λίγο καιρό (2 μήνες) και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος για την ταχύτητα που σιδερώνω τα ρούχα. Θεωρώ αναγκαία την μετάβαση σε αυτή την τεχνολογία!
I bought it about two years ago and from the first three months it was releasing steam from the valve. I sent it for service because I have a 5-year warranty and supposedly they fixed it. They did nothing. It was still releasing steam from the valve, just with less intensity until after 2 months it got completely blocked. I sent it again to be fixed and now I can say it is like when I bought it. If it breaks again, I will ask for it to be replaced and I will get another brand. If it didn’t have the valve problem, it would be the perfect ironing system!

After 3 years of a lot of ironing, I came back to say that this system is worth its money. Indeed, the second time they fixed it like new!! Now it probably has limescale and I sent it to the technician for service because I don’t want to do anything and break it. If it breaks again, I will buy Braun again!! All the others are not worth it, that’s why I changed the rating to 5 stars because now I understand its value. I learned with this and I can’t use anything else!!
Το αγόρασα πριν δύο χρόνια περίπου και από το πρώτο τρίμηνο έβγαζε ατμό από την βαλβίδα.το έστειλα για σέρβις γτ έχω 5 χρόνια εγγύηση και υποτίθεται μου το έφτιαξαν. τιποτα δεν έκαναν.εβγαζε ξανά ατμό από τη βαλβίδα απλά με μικρότερη ένταση μέχρι που μετά από 2 μήνες μπλόκαρε τελείως.το ξανά έστειλα για να το φτιάξουν και τώρα μπορώ να πω ότι είναι όπως το αγόρασα.εαν ξανά χαλάσει θα ζητήσω να το αλλάξουν και θα πάρω άλλη μάρκα. Εάν δεν είχε το πρόβλημα με τη βαλβιδα θα ήταν το τέλειο σύστημα σιδερώματος!

Μετά από 3 χρόνια πολύ σιδερώματος αυτό το σύστημα γύρισα να πω ότι αξίζει τα λεφτά του. Όντως την δεύτερη φορά μου το έφτιαξαν σαν καινούριο!! τώρα μάλλον έπιασε αλατα και το έστειλα στον μάστορα για σέρβις γτ δε θέλω να του κάνω κάτι και να το χαλάσω. Αν χαλάσει πάλι Braun θα πάρω!! Τα άλλα όλα δεν αξίζουν, γι'αυτό άλλαξα τη βαθμολογία σε 5 αστέρια γτ τώρα καταλαβαίνω την αξία του. Έμαθα με αυτό και δεν μπορώ με τίποτα άλλο!!

As it happened to others, the iron started to release steam from the base.
In the instructions, it says that if this happens, you should immediately close it and call the service.
As soon as I did, they told me that I had to send it to Athens for them to see it.
Luckily, I didn't have to deal with it and the store where I bought it replaced it with another one.
On the second use, the iron had the same problem, so in the end, I returned it and bought an iron from another company.
Όπως έτυχε και σε άλλους, το σίδερο άρχισε να βγάζει ατμό από τη βάση.
Στις οδηγίες λέει ότι αν συμβεί αυτό, πρέπει να το κλείσετε αμέσως και να καλέσετε το σέρβις.
Μόλις το έκανα, μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να το στείλω στην Αθήνα για να το δουν.
Ευτυ΄χως δε χρειάστηκε να μπλέξω και το κατάστημα από το οποίο το αγόρασα, μου το αντικατέστησε με άλλο.
Στη 2η χρήση το σίδερο έβγαλε την ίδια βλάβη, οπότε τελικά το επέστρεψα και αγόρασα σίδερο άλλης εταιρείας.

Μακρυά!! Από τον πρώτο μήνα με δύο φορές χρήση ξαφνικά πατώντας το κουμπί για να βγάλει ατμό το σίδερο, ο ατμός έβγαινε από τα πλαστικά της βάσης και όχι από το σίδερο. Δεν δικαιολογείτε μέσα σε ένα μήνα να χαλάσει. Αν περάσουν δηλαδή 3 με 4 μήνες τι θα γίνει; Η αντιπροσωπεία της Braun δεν δέχτηκε την αντικατάσταση του με την εγγύηση αφού ουσιαστικά παρέλαβα ένα ελαττωματικό σίδερο. Απαράδεκτη!!!
The iron is very powerful. It irons very easily, produces a lot of steam, has a large water tank, is very lightweight in the hand, and stands upright on the ironing board (for old-fashioned housewives who are used to it). Το σίδερο είναι πολύ δυνατό. ΣΙδερώνει πολύ εύκολα, βγάζει πολύ ατμό, έχει μεγάλο κάδο για νερό, είναι πολύ ελαφρύ στο χέρι , στέκεται όρθιο στη σιδερώστρα (για τις παλιες νοικοκυρές που έχουν συνηθίσει έτσι). Τα υλικά του είναι ποιοτικά και όλη η κατασκεύη στιβαρή. Το συνιστώ.
We bought it with enthusiasm after seeing the reviews here. Unfortunately, it broke after 2 days. When pressing the button to release steam, the steam comes out from the plastic base, from the screws of the base, and from any point the steam can pass through... - update 5/6/2021: After waiting for about 2 months from the service, they finally sent me back the iron after repairing it and not a new one. The third time I used it, it had the same problem again!!! I immediately took it back and they told me it will take another 2 months!!!
Terrible service from BRAUN and I hope this time they will send me a new one and not the clearly problematic one. However, I ordered a different brand because I can't wait that long anymore... Simply a failure.
-update 15-11-2021: Anyway, with so much trouble, I had bought another iron and I have no problems. I gave the replaced one they returned to me to a friend of mine and after a year, it had the same problem...
Το πηραμε με ενθουσιασμο βλεποντας τις κριτικες εδω. Δυστυχως μετα απο 2 μερες χαλασε. Πατωντας το κουμπι για να βγαλει ατμο το σιδερο, ο ατμος βγαινει απο τα πλαστικα της βασης, απο βιδες της βασης και απο οποιο σημειο μπορει να περασει ο ατμος... Μεγαλη απογοητευση και αντε τωρα να το στειλουμε πισω να δουμε τι γινεται. 1 ωρα στο συνολο του δεν προλαβε να σιδερωσει...
- update 5/6/2021 : Αφού περίμενα περίπου 2 μήνες από το service, μου έστειλαν επιτέλους πίσω το σίδερο αφού το επισκεύασαν και όχι καινούριο. Την τρίτη φορά που το λειτούργησα μου εκανε το ιδιο πρόβλημα !!! Το πήγα αμέσω πίσω και μου είπαν ότι θα κάνουν άλλους 2 μηνες!!!
Τρισάθλιο service από την BRAUN και ελπίζω αυτή την φορά να μου στείλουν καινούριο και όχι αυτό που είναι ξεκάθαρα προβληματικό. Ωστόσο παράγγειλα ενα διαφορετικής εταιρείας γιατί δεν γινεται να περιμένω άλλο τοσο.. Απλα αποτυχία

The best choice we have made. You can iron in half the time. The water lasts for 3 hours and doesn't run out. The plate is incredible and doesn't stick to the fabrics. When it collects salts, it notifies you and you can easily empty them in half a minute. The water heats up in 2 minutes as the manufacturer says. It is extremely lightweight and easy to transport thanks to the smart lock. Whoever chooses it will not regret it.
Η καλύτερη επιλογή που έχουμε κάνει. Σιδερώνεις στο μισό χρόνο. Το νερό μετά απο 3 ώρες και δεν τελειώνει. Η πλάκα απίστευτη και δεν κολλάει στις στάμπες. Όταν μαζεύει άλατα σε ειδοποιεί και τα αδειάζεις πανεύκολα σε μισό λεπτό. Το νερό ζεσταίνεται σε 2 λεπτά με το ρολόι οπως λεει και ο κατασκευαστής. Είναι πανάλαφρο και εύκολο στην μεταφορά χάρη στο έξυπνο κλείδωμα. Δεν θα το μετανιώσει όποιος το επιλέξει.
Braun doesn't have issues as a company, compared to Tefal, that's why I chose it! What can I say? I ironed an 8kg load in ten minutes! Lots of steam, heats up the 2-liter water very quickly! Perfect ironing!
Η Braun δεν βγάζει προβλήματα ως εταιρεία,σε σύγκριση με την Tefal, αυτός ήταν ο λόγος πού το επέλεξα! Τι να πω ? Ότι ενα πληντυριο 8kg το σιδερωσα μέσα σε δέκα λεπτά!!! Πολύ ατμός, ζεσταίνει πολύ γρήγορα τα 2λιτρα νερό! Τέλειο σιδέρωμα!

Το πήρα πρόσφατα και απλά θα πω ότι είναι όντως ΠΟΛΥ ΕΛΑΦΡΥ!!! Τα bar κάνουν δουλειά μόνο εάν πατάς συνέχεια τον ατμό. θα επανέλθω ομως μετά απο αρκετή χρήση για να συμπληρώσω την αξιολόγηση.

Αρκετά καλό!!! Μεγάλο μποιλερ που με βγάζει πολλή ώρα, έχει και eco αλλά εγώ δε το χρησιμοποιώ γιατί δεν είναι τοσο δυνατό μόνο για κανένα ευαίσθητο. Ήμουν επιφυλακτική επειδή δεν έχει ρύθμιση θερμοκρασίας αλλά δε με έχει δυσκολέψει καθόλου. Πάντως ξεκινάω με τα ευαίσθητα και μετά προχωρώ στα βαμβακερά, τζιν κλπ

Πολύ καλό σίδερο! Σώθηκα! 3 πλυντήρια τα σιδερώνω σε 45 λεπτά. Δε χρειάζεται να ρυθμίζεις τη θερμοκρασία και δεν τελειώνει το νερό με τίποτα. Αν πατήσεις 2 φορές το κουμπί του ατμού σου δίνει συνεχόμενο ατμό που βοηθάει πάρα πολύ στα μεγάλα ρούχα.

Έχω το σιδερο αρκετο καιρό και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Απορώ πως σιδέρωνα τόσα χρόνια χωρίς αυτό. Τελικά τα σίδερα της BRAUN είναι τα καλύτερα. ΤΕΛΟΣ!!!
First impression, because I just received it now. Lightweight and convenient, it irons all fabrics perfectly, gliding smoothly over them. The only flaw for now is that it leaves water droplets on the ironing board, so that's why I give it 4 stars. I will update if I notice anything new during use.
Πρώτη εντύπωση, γιατί μόλις τώρα το παρέλαβα. Ελαφρό βολικό σιδερώνει άψογα όλα τα υφάσματα γλιστρώντας τέλεια επάνω τους. Το μοναδικό ψεγάδι για την ώρα είναι που αφήνει σταγόνες νερού πάνω στη σιδερώστρα γιαυτό και τα 4 αστέρια. Θα επανέλθω εάν κατά την διάρκεια της χρήσης παρατηρήσω κάτι καινούριο.

Σιδερώνει πάρα πολύ καλά, ο ατμός του με καλή πίεση, μπορεί να ισιώσει ακόμη και την πίσω πλευρά του ρούχου.
Το μπόιλερ νερού μεγάλης χωρητικότητας πολύ ωφέλιμο.
Η πλάκα σιδερώματος, αν και δεν είναι τόσο γλυστερή όσο του προηγούμενου συστήματος σιδερώματος που είχα, κάνει άριστα τη δουλειά της.
Το ατμοσίδερο φαίνεται να είναι σε όλα τα σημεία καλό. Μένει να αποδείξει και την αντοχή του στο χρόνο, όσον αφορά τις βλάβες. Θεωρώ πως ήταν σωστή αγορά.

The only good thing is the helpful service in western Thessaloniki, where every time they gave me a Philips system until mine was repaired.

Το έχω πάνω απο δύο έτη. Μέσα στην εγγύηση άλλαξα τάπα αφαλάτωσης και κάτι εσωτερικές βαλβίδες, καθώς ξαφνικά δεν λειτουργούσε.
Μετά την διετία, πέραν της εγγύησης, ξαφνικά έτρεχαν νερά απο την βάση. Η ζημιά ήταν 70 ευρώ. Τα έδωσα.
Πρόσφατα έσπασε η σκανδάλη. Ευτυχώς το ανταλλακτικό έχει 2 ευρώ και θα το αλλλάξω μονος.
Το μονο καλό είναι το εξυπηρετικό service στην δυτική Θεσσαλονίκη που κάθε φορά μου έδιναν ενα σύστημα philips μέχρι να επισκευαστεί το δικό μου.
Συνοψίζοντας, σε τρία χρόνια, τρείς φορές στο σερβις, 70 ευρώ ζημιά που πλήρωσα.
Απο απόδοση είναι σχετικά καλό, αλλά απο αξιοπιστία είναι πολύ κακό.

Μετά από ψάξιμο στο διαδίκτυο για να μην κλάψω τα λεφτά, βρήκα ανταλλακτικό.
Να έχεις τον θεό σου 1,5€ η σκανδάλη του ατμού πήρα τρεις. Το σίδερο λειτουργεί κανονικά.
Το σέρβις της Θεσσαλονίκης που συνεργάζετε η BRAUN, έπρεπε να αλλάξει όλο το σίδερο χειρός, προφανώς για να έχει ανταλλακτικά για τους επόμενους. Άσχετα αν πουλούσε και αυτό την σκανδάλη με 4€.

After 3 months of using the iron, it was impossible to use it again because water was coming out of the plate as soon as you pressed the steam button. After contacting the company and sending the iron, they concluded that there was nothing wrong and that it just needed to reset itself.

Currently, it is the lightest and most user-friendly iron on the market. (I have a problem with my hand, and I went to the exhibitions and tried one - to understand the difference in weight).
Within the first quarter, it had some issues: it was leaking water, probably from the base, but it stopped after use.
2) Within another quarter, it stopped producing steam, luckily I am in Athens, and the entire handle was replaced.
In terms of iron quality and how smoothly it glides on clothes - it is impeccable. (Something like an old favorite stirella).
Ergonomically, this specific model is perfect, regardless of the technical problems it presents.
Αυτή τη στιγμή είναι ελαφρύτερο και πιο εύχρηστο Σίδερο της αγοράς. (έχω πρόβλημα με το χέρι μου, και πήγα στις εκθέσεις και τα πήρα ένα -ενα στο χέρι για να καταλάβω την διαφορά σε βαρος).
Μέσα σε πρώτο τετράμηνο παρουσίασε προβληματα: έχανε νερό μάλλον από την βάση, μετά την χρήση το σταμάτησε.
2) μέσα σε τετράμηνο πάλι, σταμάτησε να βγάζει ατμό, ευτυχώς είμαι Αθήνα, και είχε αλλαχθεί ολόκληρο "το χερούλι".
Από άποψη ποιότητας σιδερόματος, και τρόπο που γλιστράει πάνω στα ρούχα - είναι άψογο. (Κάτι σαν παλιά αγαπημένη stirella).
Εργονομικά το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο είναι τέλειο άσχετος τα τεχνικά προβλήματα που παρουσιάζει.

I bought it about two years ago and from the first three months it was releasing steam from the valve. I sent it for service because I have a 5-year warranty and supposedly they fixed it. They did nothing. It was still releasing steam from the valve, just with less intensity until after 2 months it got completely blocked. I sent it again to be fixed and now I can say it is like when I bought it. If it breaks again, I will ask for it to be replaced and I will get another brand. If it didn’t have the valve problem, it would be the perfect ironing system!

After 3 years of a lot of ironing, I came back to say that this system is worth its money. Indeed, the second time they fixed it like new!! Now it probably has limescale and I sent it to the technician for service because I don’t want to do anything and break it. If it breaks again, I will buy Braun again!! All the others are not worth it, that’s why I changed the rating to 5 stars because now I understand its value. I learned with this and I can’t use anything else!!
Το αγόρασα πριν δύο χρόνια περίπου και από το πρώτο τρίμηνο έβγαζε ατμό από την βαλβίδα.το έστειλα για σέρβις γτ έχω 5 χρόνια εγγύηση και υποτίθεται μου το έφτιαξαν. τιποτα δεν έκαναν.εβγαζε ξανά ατμό από τη βαλβίδα απλά με μικρότερη ένταση μέχρι που μετά από 2 μήνες μπλόκαρε τελείως.το ξανά έστειλα για να το φτιάξουν και τώρα μπορώ να πω ότι είναι όπως το αγόρασα.εαν ξανά χαλάσει θα ζητήσω να το αλλάξουν και θα πάρω άλλη μάρκα. Εάν δεν είχε το πρόβλημα με τη βαλβιδα θα ήταν το τέλειο σύστημα σιδερώματος!

Μετά από 3 χρόνια πολύ σιδερώματος αυτό το σύστημα γύρισα να πω ότι αξίζει τα λεφτά του. Όντως την δεύτερη φορά μου το έφτιαξαν σαν καινούριο!! τώρα μάλλον έπιασε αλατα και το έστειλα στον μάστορα για σέρβις γτ δε θέλω να του κάνω κάτι και να το χαλάσω. Αν χαλάσει πάλι Braun θα πάρω!! Τα άλλα όλα δεν αξίζουν, γι'αυτό άλλαξα τη βαθμολογία σε 5 αστέρια γτ τώρα καταλαβαίνω την αξία του. Έμαθα με αυτό και δεν μπορώ με τίποτα άλλο!!

As it happened to others, the iron started to release steam from the base.
In the instructions, it says that if this happens, you should immediately close it and call the service.
As soon as I did, they told me that I had to send it to Athens for them to see it.
Luckily, I didn't have to deal with it and the store where I bought it replaced it with another one.
On the second use, the iron had the same problem, so in the end, I returned it and bought an iron from another company.
Όπως έτυχε και σε άλλους, το σίδερο άρχισε να βγάζει ατμό από τη βάση.
Στις οδηγίες λέει ότι αν συμβεί αυτό, πρέπει να το κλείσετε αμέσως και να καλέσετε το σέρβις.
Μόλις το έκανα, μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να το στείλω στην Αθήνα για να το δουν.
Ευτυ΄χως δε χρειάστηκε να μπλέξω και το κατάστημα από το οποίο το αγόρασα, μου το αντικατέστησε με άλλο.
Στη 2η χρήση το σίδερο έβγαλε την ίδια βλάβη, οπότε τελικά το επέστρεψα και αγόρασα σίδερο άλλης εταιρείας.

Μακρυά!! Από τον πρώτο μήνα με δύο φορές χρήση ξαφνικά πατώντας το κουμπί για να βγάλει ατμό το σίδερο, ο ατμός έβγαινε από τα πλαστικά της βάσης και όχι από το σίδερο. Δεν δικαιολογείτε μέσα σε ένα μήνα να χαλάσει. Αν περάσουν δηλαδή 3 με 4 μήνες τι θα γίνει; Η αντιπροσωπεία της Braun δεν δέχτηκε την αντικατάσταση του με την εγγύηση αφού ουσιαστικά παρέλαβα ένα ελαττωματικό σίδερο. Απαράδεκτη!!!

Το σίδερο είναι πολύ δυνατό. ΣΙδερώνει πολύ εύκολα, βγάζει πολύ ατμό, έχει μεγάλο κάδο για νερό, είναι πολύ ελαφρύ στο χέρι , στέκεται όρθιο στη σιδερώστρα (για τις παλιες νοικοκυρές που έχουν συνηθίσει έτσι). Τα υλικά του είναι ποιοτικά και όλη η κατασκεύη στιβαρή. Το συνιστώ.

- update 5/6/2021: After waiting for about 2 months from the service, they finally sent me back the iron after repairing it and not a new one. The third time I used it, it had the same problem again!!! I immediately took it back and they told me it will take another 2 months!!!
Terrible service from BRAUN and I hope this time they will send me a new one and not the clearly problematic one. However, I ordered a different brand because I can't wait that long anymore... Simply a failure.
-update 15-11-2021: Anyway, with so much trouble, I had bought another iron and I have no problems. I gave the replaced one they returned to me to a friend of mine and after a year, it had the same problem...
Το πηραμε με ενθουσιασμο βλεποντας τις κριτικες εδω. Δυστυχως μετα απο 2 μερες χαλασε. Πατωντας το κουμπι για να βγαλει ατμο το σιδερο, ο ατμος βγαινει απο τα πλαστικα της βασης, απο βιδες της βασης και απο οποιο σημειο μπορει να περασει ο ατμος... Μεγαλη απογοητευση και αντε τωρα να το στειλουμε πισω να δουμε τι γινεται. 1 ωρα στο συνολο του δεν προλαβε να σιδερωσει...
- update 5/6/2021 : Αφού περίμενα περίπου 2 μήνες από το service, μου έστειλαν επιτέλους πίσω το σίδερο αφού το επισκεύασαν και όχι καινούριο. Την τρίτη φορά που το λειτούργησα μου εκανε το ιδιο πρόβλημα !!! Το πήγα αμέσω πίσω και μου είπαν ότι θα κάνουν άλλους 2 μηνες!!!
Τρισάθλιο service από την BRAUN και ελπίζω αυτή την φορά να μου στείλουν καινούριο και όχι αυτό που είναι ξεκάθαρα προβληματικό. Ωστόσο παράγγειλα ενα διαφορετικής εταιρείας γιατί δεν γινεται να περιμένω άλλο τοσο.. Απλα αποτυχία
-update 15-11-2021: Εγω ετσι και αλλιως με τοση ταλαιπωρια ειχα αγορασει αλλο σιδερο και δεν εχω κανενα προβλημα. Το αλλαγμενο που μου ειχαν επιστρεψει το εδωσα σε φιλο μου και μετα απο ενα χρονο του εκανε το ιδιο προβλημα...

11/2/2021 Σήμερα έφτασε στα χέρια μου, μετά από 2 ρούχα ενεργοποίηθηκε η βαλβίδα ασφαλειας και πέταει ατμό κάτω από την βάση... Θα υπαρξει ενημέρωση σχετικά με το service κτλ.... Μπλεξαμε πάλλι. 28.2.2021 αναμονή αποστολής από κατάστημα νέου σιδερου.
The best choice we have made. You can iron in half the time. The water lasts for 3 hours and doesn't run out. The plate is incredible and doesn't stick to the fabrics. When it collects salts, it notifies you and you can easily empty them in half a minute. The water heats up in 2 minutes as the manufacturer says. It is extremely lightweight and easy to transport thanks to the smart lock. Whoever chooses it will not regret it.
Η καλύτερη επιλογή που έχουμε κάνει. Σιδερώνεις στο μισό χρόνο. Το νερό μετά απο 3 ώρες και δεν τελειώνει. Η πλάκα απίστευτη και δεν κολλάει στις στάμπες. Όταν μαζεύει άλατα σε ειδοποιεί και τα αδειάζεις πανεύκολα σε μισό λεπτό. Το νερό ζεσταίνεται σε 2 λεπτά με το ρολόι οπως λεει και ο κατασκευαστής. Είναι πανάλαφρο και εύκολο στην μεταφορά χάρη στο έξυπνο κλείδωμα. Δεν θα το μετανιώσει όποιος το επιλέξει.
Braun doesn't have issues as a company, compared to Tefal, that's why I chose it! What can I say? I ironed an 8kg load in ten minutes! Lots of steam, heats up the 2-liter water very quickly! Perfect ironing!
Η Braun δεν βγάζει προβλήματα ως εταιρεία,σε σύγκριση με την Tefal, αυτός ήταν ο λόγος πού το επέλεξα! Τι να πω ? Ότι ενα πληντυριο 8kg το σιδερωσα μέσα σε δέκα λεπτά!!! Πολύ ατμός, ζεσταίνει πολύ γρήγορα τα 2λιτρα νερό! Τέλειο σιδέρωμα!
I recently got it and I will simply say that it is indeed VERY LIGHTWEIGHT!!! The bars only work if you constantly press the steam. However, I will come back after using it for a while to complete the review.
Το πήρα πρόσφατα και απλά θα πω ότι είναι όντως ΠΟΛΥ ΕΛΑΦΡΥ!!! Τα bar κάνουν δουλειά μόνο εάν πατάς συνέχεια τον ατμό. θα επανέλθω ομως μετά απο αρκετή χρήση για να συμπληρώσω την αξιολόγηση.

Αρκετά καλό!!! Μεγάλο μποιλερ που με βγάζει πολλή ώρα, έχει και eco αλλά εγώ δε το χρησιμοποιώ γιατί δεν είναι τοσο δυνατό μόνο για κανένα ευαίσθητο. Ήμουν επιφυλακτική επειδή δεν έχει ρύθμιση θερμοκρασίας αλλά δε με έχει δυσκολέψει καθόλου. Πάντως ξεκινάω με τα ευαίσθητα και μετά προχωρώ στα βαμβακερά, τζιν κλπ
Very good iron! I was saved! I iron 3 loads of laundry in 45 minutes. No need to adjust the temperature and the water never runs out. If you press the steam button twice, it gives you continuous steam, which is very helpful for large clothes.
Πολύ καλό σίδερο! Σώθηκα! 3 πλυντήρια τα σιδερώνω σε 45 λεπτά. Δε χρειάζεται να ρυθμίζεις τη θερμοκρασία και δεν τελειώνει το νερό με τίποτα. Αν πατήσεις 2 φορές το κουμπί του ατμού σου δίνει συνεχόμενο ατμό που βοηθάει πάρα πολύ στα μεγάλα ρούχα.

Έχω το σιδερο αρκετο καιρό και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Απορώ πως σιδέρωνα τόσα χρόνια χωρίς αυτό. Τελικά τα σίδερα της BRAUN είναι τα καλύτερα. ΤΕΛΟΣ!!!
First impression, because I just received it now. Lightweight and convenient, it irons all fabrics perfectly, gliding smoothly over them. The only flaw for now is that it leaves water droplets on the ironing board, so that's why I give it 4 stars. I will update if I notice anything new during use.
Πρώτη εντύπωση, γιατί μόλις τώρα το παρέλαβα. Ελαφρό βολικό σιδερώνει άψογα όλα τα υφάσματα γλιστρώντας τέλεια επάνω τους. Το μοναδικό ψεγάδι για την ώρα είναι που αφήνει σταγόνες νερού πάνω στη σιδερώστρα γιαυτό και τα 4 αστέρια. Θα επανέλθω εάν κατά την διάρκεια της χρήσης παρατηρήσω κάτι καινούριο.

Ειναι ελαφρυ,γλυστρα ευκολα πανω στα ρουχα και εχει μεγαλη ποσοτητα ατμου. Καλη αγορα σε σχεση με παλιοτερα stirella που ειχαμε και ηταν προβληματικα.

Σιδερώνει πάρα πολύ καλά, ο ατμός του με καλή πίεση, μπορεί να ισιώσει ακόμη και την πίσω πλευρά του ρούχου.
Το μπόιλερ νερού μεγάλης χωρητικότητας πολύ ωφέλιμο.
Η πλάκα σιδερώματος, αν και δεν είναι τόσο γλυστερή όσο του προηγούμενου συστήματος σιδερώματος που είχα, κάνει άριστα τη δουλειά της.
Το ατμοσίδερο φαίνεται να είναι σε όλα τα σημεία καλό. Μένει να αποδείξει και την αντοχή του στο χρόνο, όσον αφορά τις βλάβες. Θεωρώ πως ήταν σωστή αγορά.
After years with stirella I can say that I am absolutely satisfied, regarding the ironing quality, the weight, and the amount of water it holds. Of course, I haven't had it for very long. For now, everything is very good but time will tell in the long run

I have had it for over two years. During the warranty, I changed the descaling cap and some internal valves, as it suddenly stopped working.
After two years, beyond the warranty, water suddenly started leaking from the base. The damage cost 70 euros. I paid it.
Recently, the trigger broke. Fortunately, the spare part costs 2 euros and I will replace it myself.
The only good thing is the helpful service in western Thessaloniki, where every time they gave me a Philips system until mine was repaired.
In summary, in three years, three times in service, 70 euros in damages that I paid.
In terms of performance, it is relatively good, but in terms of reliability, it is very bad.
Το έχω πάνω απο δύο έτη. Μέσα στην εγγύηση άλλαξα τάπα αφαλάτωσης και κάτι εσωτερικές βαλβίδες, καθώς ξαφνικά δεν λειτουργούσε.
Μετά την διετία, πέραν της εγγύησης, ξαφνικά έτρεχαν νερά απο την βάση. Η ζημιά ήταν 70 ευρώ. Τα έδωσα.
Πρόσφατα έσπασε η σκανδάλη. Ευτυχώς το ανταλλακτικό έχει 2 ευρώ και θα το αλλλάξω μονος.
Το μονο καλό είναι το εξυπηρετικό service στην δυτική Θεσσαλονίκη που κάθε φορά μου έδιναν ενα σύστημα philips μέχρι να επισκευαστεί το δικό μου.
Συνοψίζοντας, σε τρία χρόνια, τρείς φορές στο σερβις, 70 ευρώ ζημιά που πλήρωσα.
Απο απόδοση είναι σχετικά καλό, αλλά απο αξιοπιστία είναι πολύ κακό.

You must be kidding, 1.5€ for the steam trigger, I bought three. The iron works normally.
The service in Thessaloniki that collaborates with BRAUN should have replaced the entire hand iron, obviously to have spare parts for the next ones. Regardless of the fact that they also sold the trigger for 4€.

Ενημέρωση πριν το πέταμα.
Μετά από ψάξιμο στο διαδίκτυο για να μην κλάψω τα λεφτά, βρήκα ανταλλακτικό.
Να έχεις τον θεό σου 1,5€ η σκανδάλη του ατμού πήρα τρεις. Το σίδερο λειτουργεί κανονικά.
Το σέρβις της Θεσσαλονίκης που συνεργάζετε η BRAUN, έπρεπε να αλλάξει όλο το σίδερο χειρός, προφανώς για να έχει ανταλλακτικά για τους επόμενους. Άσχετα αν πουλούσε και αυτό την σκανδάλη με 4€.
ΑΓΟΡΑΣΤΕ ΤΟ ΘΑ ΣΩΘΕΙΤΕ

Μετά από 3 μήνες χρήσης του σίδερου ήταν αδύνατον να το ξανά χρησιμοποιήσεις λόγω του ότι έβγαιναν νερά από την πλάκα του μόλις πατούσες το κουμπί του ατμού. Έπειτα από επικοινωνία με την εταιρία και αποστολή του σίδερου έφτασαν στο συμπέρασμα ότι δεν είχε τίποτα και ότι χρειάζονταν μόνο του να κάνει reset..
Good for ironing. After 2 and a half years, the steam button broke and they asked for more money to replace it than what I had bought it for. Good for ironing but not particularly reliable.
Καλό στο σιδέρωμα. Στα 2μιση χρόνια χάλασε το κουμπί του ατμού και για την αντικατάστασή του ζήτησαν περισσότερα χρήματα απ' όσα το είχα αγοράσει. Καλό στο σιδέρωμα αλλά όχι ιδιέταιρα αξιόπιστο.
