Neodur Varnish PR is a suitable coating for sealing porous surfaces and concrete floors to prevent dust formation. It is an ideal primer for cement-based surfaces, such as pressed cement screeds, that are to be covered with Neodur Varnish and Neodur Varnish W polyurethane varnishes.

• Water-based primer with high hardness and good resistance to water and chemicals.
