Flawless operation, unlike the original which had grounding issues from the first hours of operation and tripped the relay. I should note that in some Pitsos kitchens (like mine), the heating element is secured with an M4 screw that screws into the central one of the 3 holes in the flange, which has a corresponding thread. If your kitchen is of the same type and given that the new heating element does not have a thread in the center but only a 3.5 mm hole, you will need to either create a new thread with an M4 tap or secure it with a through screw and nut. Personally, I preferred the first solution, and the heating element fit into place and was secured just fine.
