    Waterproof, fits a lot, has enough compartments to separate your items.
    I've had it for 2 years now and with minimal care and attention to the leather, it looks like it was bought yesterday.
    Buy it without fear. It's not cheap, but if it lasts as long as it seems, it ends up being extremely cost-effective in the long run.
    Not to mention you can have it with you on many occasions without it ever seeming either excessive or lacking.

    UPDATE: 7 years after purchase and the bag, with a little simple care, looks and is like new. Note that it is used daily, in rain, sun, travels, etc...
