[set of two volumes]

With the publication of the fourth volume, the Catalogue of Sculptures of the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, released by the Educational Foundation of National Bank over the last three decades (1997-2020), is completed, edited by G. Despinis, Th. Stefanidou-Tiveriou, and Emm. Voutyras.

This collective work was the result of a large research program at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, conducted with the support of the director of the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki during the 1990s, Julia Vokotopoulou.

For the realization of the project, university professors, scientific staff from Aristotle University, and archaeologists working at the Archaeological Museum and the Ephorate of Antiquities of Thessaloniki collaborated.

The aim of the project was to thoroughly study the sculptural works that had been included in the Museum's collection from the time of its establishment until 1990.
