How calluses form on the feet:

When the skin of the feet is under constant pressure and friction from shoes that do not fit well, it reacts and hardens. If the pressure continues on the hardened skin, a core callus is formed, which reaches the deeper, sensitive layers of the skin causing pain. Calluses on the feet typically appear on the outside or inside of the toes, on the soles, as well as in areas that come into friction with the shoe.

Preventing calluses on the feet:

  • Always wear shoes and socks that fit your feet. Choose shoes that are not too loose or too tight.
  • Trim your nails. If your nails are long, they create pressure on your toes.
  • Use protective covers for calluses. They help protect against excessive pressure or friction around the callus.
  • Keep your feet clean and moisturized. Wash your feet daily with soap and water.

If you have a big foot, wasted money.
Size 48, it doesn't fit at all. If you force it, it might go in but there's no way it will stay in place.
