BIO Dry Yeast in Powder 7g

The Biovegan yeast is organic, gluten-free, lactose-free, and GMO-free (non-genetically modified). The high-quality yeast for baking is sufficient for about 500 grams of flour. One packet is equivalent to half a cube of fresh yeast.

Preparation:

• Mix the contents of the sachet evenly under the flour.
• Do not dissolve directly in water!
• Further process according to the recipe.

Storage: Store in a dry place and protect from heat.
