The Fellowes LX 201 shredder shreds up to 12 sheets of 70 gsm A4 paper at once into 2 × 12 mm micro-cut particles, turning a single sheet into more than 2,500 pieces. It is suitable for a small, one-person office and for documents containing confidential information, as well as credit cards.

IntelliBar features include a run-time sensor that warns when cooling is needed, a performance sensor that indicates whether more sheets can be added, and a bin-full indicator. The 100% Jam Proof feature detects potential jams and increases power to prevent them, while the SafeSense® sensor stops the cutting blades when people or animals touch the feed opening. Reverse, electronic start and stop, and wheels make the shredder easy to use and move.
