The Karlowsky JM 14 chef jacket has a regular fit and is made from pre-shrunk fabric consisting of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. It fastens with five press studs and features a slanted chest pocket, as well as a slit in the sleeves for greater flexibility while working.

The fabric retains its shape and colour after repeated washing. The jacket is washable at 95 °C and is suitable for industrial washing machines.
