They assisted me and said they would send another suitcase immediately with a time-consuming process, but why should I have this stress from the beginning and before my trip, and why is it not at all well-made? To support the suitcase at the bottom, you stick on scratches, and beyond that, it has terrible quality. At another well-known store, I bought a much better suitcase for exactly the same price, so I don't want to hear the excuse "you get what you pay for."

Με εξυπηρέτησαν και είπαν θα στείλουν άμεσα άλλη βαλίτσα με μία χρονοβόρα διαδικασία αλλά όπως και να έχει γιατί πρέπει εξ αρχής και πριν το ταξίδι μου να έχω και αυτό το άγχος και να μην είναι καθόλου προσεγμένη; Για να στηρίζεται η βαλίτσα κάτω κολλάς σκρατς και πέρα από αυτό έχει άθλια ποιότητα. Σε άλλο γνωστό κατάστημα πήρα ακριβώς στην ίδια τιμή πολύ καλύτερη βαλίτσα οπότε δεν ακούω δικαιολογία «ό,τι πληρώνεις παίρνεις».

I have taken it on two trips!! but it was convenient for what I wanted it for!!! maybe I wanted a little more space to be more comfortable!!! for a second hand luggage it is just right!!! if you only take this one, not many things will fit inside
