Meaning, when someone calls me and I see the call, the phone doesn't let me answer, as if all the keys are stuck, and I can't find any service here in Patras... The worst thing I have ever bought! It only works for calls and even then it is mediocre! Not to mention the photos and videos.... But the most annoying thing is those buttons on the side that you constantly press and the volume decreases, and when someone calls you, you can't hear it because it's on silent mode and there is no way to disable it. A tragic phone, even its battery drains halfway with two 10-minute calls.. Never again Nokia, it seems they don't make the mobile phones they used to make.

Well, as for the side buttons, here's what I did. I opened the mobile phone (it opens very easily) and with a pair of scissors, I cut the small plastic part of the big red button that comes into contact with the connector that lowers the volume. That's it, it no longer goes into silent mode. I didn't touch the volume increase button, it doesn't bother me. Besides, there is another way to adjust the volume, which is the arrows on the middle button.

Very good mobile phone for simple and basic use. Powerful speaker. It is very ideal for someone who does not want to carry a smartphone due to its large size. It would be good to have a 2 MP camera instead of 0.3 MP. The sound of incoming messages is not very loud, but this can be easily corrected by setting your own message sound.
Very mediocre quality of external plastic, the Nokia 8000 4G is made of much superior material externally.
A major advantage compared to other basic mobile phones is that the radio does not require headphones for the antenna, so you do not need to carry headphones with you. The sound on the radio is very clear and powerful.
Another advantage is that the sound in reminders and alarm clock can be heard even with the device closed, unlike modern smartphones and basic phones with kaiOS that do not have this feature when the device is closed. So, in case the battery level is very low and you need to close the device, you will not miss the reminder and the alarm clock.
A major disadvantage, as mentioned by the reviewers below, is the side button that changes the call volume with the slightest touch (even if the keypad is locked). Especially if you have a heavy hand. But this can be solved by the method mentioned by someone above by permanently disabling the side buttons.

I believe that the other reviews are a bit exaggerated. I find the mobile phone very user-friendly and its only drawback is its side buttons, which are easily pressed. Personally, it doesn't bother me as much as other users and I have found an easy way to prevent it from going into silent mode on its own, so I consider it an excellent mobile phone! I got it as a replacement for the NOKIA 216, which had terrible call quality. This one has very good call quality, which is the most important thing one asks for from a basic phone. It has dual speakers with strong audio, although not something incredibly high-quality, a radio without headphones, and good photos (much better than the Nokia 216). I deduct one star solely because while you have it on loud (and expecting important calls), the side volume buttons can be easily pressed, and even when the phone is locked, they continue to function. So, it can easily go into your pocket on silent mode and you won't hear anything! I hope I helped a little.

It is much better than the previous ones in the series. It has a very powerful sound compared to cheap ones and a decent vibration so that it can be heard in a crowd.
The construction materials are not like the older Nokia ones, but what do you expect??
In the end, it only does what it says. Calls and music have a pretty loud speaker.

However, I come back to the issue mentioned in another post when someone accidentally presses the useless side buttons and completely lowers the ringtone volume without realizing it.

But the most annoying thing is those buttons on the side that you constantly press and the volume decreases, and when someone calls you, you can't hear it because it's on silent mode and there is no way to disable it. Well, as for the side buttons, here's what I did. I opened the mobile phone (it opens very easily) and with a pair of scissors, I cut the small plastic part of the big red button that comes into contact with the connector that lowers the volume. That's it, it no longer goes into silent mode. I didn't touch the volume increase button, it doesn't bother me. Besides, there is another way to adjust the volume, which is the arrows on the middle button.

It would be good to have a 2 MP camera instead of 0.3 MP. The sound of incoming messages is not very loud, but this can be easily corrected by setting your own message sound.
Very mediocre quality of external plastic, the Nokia 8000 4G is made of much superior material externally.
A major advantage compared to other basic mobile phones is that the radio does not require headphones for the antenna, so you do not need to carry headphones with you. The sound on the radio is very clear and powerful.
Another advantage is that the sound in reminders and alarm clock can be heard even with the device closed, unlike modern smartphones and basic phones with kaiOS that do not have this feature when the device is closed. So, in case the battery level is very low and you need to close the device, you will not miss the reminder and the alarm clock.
A major disadvantage, as mentioned by the reviewers below, is the side button that changes the call volume with the slightest touch (even if the keypad is locked). Especially if you have a heavy hand. But this can be solved by the method mentioned by someone above by permanently disabling the side buttons.
