I had bought it myself many years ago from a home exhibition in Piraeus, but now it has worn out and it was time to replace it.
I have found it very convenient for flipping omelettes mainly. I have also used it to remove the cake from the mold, as it is ergonomic and lightweight.
This new one that I bought is bigger than the previous one, so it will serve me better when making omelettes in the large pan.

I have it here for three months... It is very good for omelettes because it makes them slide easily... The only negative thing is that with frequent use, the plastic around it starts to melt, especially when you cover the pan with it to make the omelette fluffier... I know this from a cook in a restaurant who uses it very often... I, who use it much less, haven't experienced anything like that so far... The dimensions are 28cm. It also fits smaller pans, you just cover them, it doesn't need to fit tightly like a lid, we just want it to keep the steam inside the pan for the perfect result... It comes in different colors that I have seen (yellow, green, and purple)...
