The best salami is from doca.
The only ones that don't leave any greasiness or that cold fat on the hand. Clean but juicy.
All the flavors are wonderful!

Because the quantity is quite large and it won't last many days in the fridge, I cut the whole salami into small pieces and put it in the freezer in a bowl, and it lasts me for months!
I use it for hiking and she really likes it even though she is very picky with food.

I use it for rewarding in the training of my dogs, ONLY WITH GLOVES. The smell is unbearable, even so it stains your flesh! Also, its texture is not like the others, it dissolves and stays on your hands. Although my puppies like it a lot, I can't take it again!

Awesome for rewarding treats. Be careful after opening, it lasted me 5 days in the fridge in an airtight zip lock bag.

While the first time I gave it to him, he ate it eagerly, the next times he ate it reluctantly, so in the end he didn't want it at all. Maybe it's because it has a strong smell. Because with other treats from the company, he goes crazy.
