Very nice sauce, I was really impressed by the taste. Unfortunately, it is too spicy for me, I remember the green Sriracha being much milder (it's been a decade, I might be wrong). I want to put sauce on my food for the taste and then feel the burn, here I just touched a bit on the tip of the bite... I was playing with the drops. So I couldn't enjoy the taste of the sauce as much as I wanted. It's a personal preference, of course, if you don't mind the level of spiciness, I believe you will enjoy it. I would say it's quite spicy though. It is also available in supermarkets, very accessible.
EDIT: Yes guys, I just got the green cap flying goose, the spiciness is completely different. With flying goose, even if I dip a whole nugget inside, the spiciness is mild, but with cardinal, I could only handle a small drop... Not that it's a big deal, now goose seems very weak to me
