The folks at Teeling created the Teeling Single Pot Still, a whiskey distilled from 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley. It is bottled at 46% ABV without filtering or additional caramel coloring. It is triple distilled and aged in American oak barrels, as well as in bourbon and sherry casks.

Taste: On the palate, the whiskey has a very creamy character with notes of toasted barley, latte, and salted caramel. This is followed by dark fruits, winter spices, and rich aromas of red apple and milk chocolate.

Nose: On the nose, the notes include bourbon vanilla, stewed fruits, and spices, with dried herbs, leather, and a hint of sherry. There is sweetness from marshmallows, apricot yogurt, and banana milkshake.

Finish: The chocolate and coffee notes are darker on the finish, accompanied by stone fruits, oak spices, and a touch of mint/menthol.
