"Success obliges," says an old truth. The success, therefore, of the first volume of our book - which received such a warm welcome - created increased obligations for us to continue. We have therefore tried with this second volume not only to maintain the quality level of the first book but also to surpass it. To what extent we have succeeded is something that the readers will judge.
