    No. Just no. Besides being completely useless for mincing and the blade appearing to be decorative, in the very first wash (not immediately before the first attempt to use it but right after), and even though I dried it immediately, the two non-aluminum parts rusted.
    First of all, it is unacceptable for something that comes into contact with liquid food and acids (it is advertised to be used for making sauce, such as tomato sauce) not only to not be completely stainless but to oxidize to such an extent even though it has been handled with so much care.
    Perhaps the worst purchase I have ever made. I wish I could upload photos for others to see what I saw.
