Clou wood stain provides a light mahogany shade and comes in powder form. It is diluted with water, is lightfast, and is suitable for children's toys.
To apply, dissolve the entire sachet in 250 ml of warm water and leave to cool. Apply a generous coat with a brush or sponge to a suitably prepared, damp wooden surface. After 2 minutes, remove any excess and apply the appropriate Clou primer. Testing beforehand and reading the instructions on the packaging are recommended.
