Very good, no lags or disconnections. There is the option for Netflix updates and it works flawlessly but since 15/7/24 I have a message that it will not be supported! A keyboard is needed for internet use.

In the first order, it got stuck on the manufacturer's logo, after a quick replacement it opened but unfortunately the features listed are not accurate. Instead of Android 10, it has version 7, and a slower processor...
I do not recommend it, get something else and buy something better.

I don't use it for regular conventional use, but as a server that runs 24/7. As a machine, it is good. With a very good processor, it does its job and more, however, I didn't know that its ROM is 32-bit (although the processor supports 64-bit as well). If a 64-bit ROM is released, it will be worth its money.

I got it to play files from SD/USB...and it does it perfectly fine.
Now the issue is that you may need to find which application will work without any problems...because one application ran the file perfectly fine...while another didn't.
But other than that, it did the job that I got it for!
For 35 euros, it's great!

After 2 years of use and extensive experience with TV Boxes:

POSITIVES:
Decent picture and sound quality.
Android TV Play Store (which I consider a positive for a TV Box).
Ability to install any application via APK install.

NEGATIVES:
Limited available storage space of only 4GB. Definitely need an SD card for internal storage.
Frequent freezing, disconnections, and restarts on stremio, kodi, youtube... everywhere, even with a LAN connection.
When starting up, it often loses the time and requires a restart or connection with a static IP.
Pre-installed outdated applications and no updates. Definitely need to uninstall and install new ones.

I got it as a cheaper solution for YouTube and Netflix. I have no complaints about YouTube, it's as I expected. I was disappointed with the functionality of Netflix because as an owner of a Xiaomi TV Box Mi Box, I expected similar performance. Netflix is not a regular app but rather "broken", resulting in incorrect display of program icons on the screen, scrolling between them getting stuck, and since the remote control does not have the functions "Play", "Pause", "FF>>", "RW<<", you have to close the movie you're watching, reopen it, and go to the desired point. Overall, very frustrating on Netflix. If I knew, I would have paid an extra 20 euros and bought another Mi Box.

The only downside is that it doesn't have Bluetooth; it connects to the remote control via infrared, resulting in delayed remote commands when the device heats up. The problem is solved with a remote control app for smartphones

Value for money. It definitely satisfied me. The downside is that it has a limited play store.

I wanted it for YouTube and Netflix... it has a very good range and I didn't have it! YouTube is perfect, no problems at all... but Netflix is probably "broken" and it's very frustrating and disappointing.. it gets stuck in the search and you can't even pause or change subtitles, etc.. but overall, it's worth the money... I hope I helped.

Netflix is not functional at all in the version supported by this specific device.
Searching through the remote control is very difficult, I would not recommend it for this use

Quite positive, like Android 10.0, which allows you to have Google Chrome on your TV and see on the television exactly what you would see on your computer or mobile, as it fully syncs with your Google account - bookmarks, history, etc.
On the negative side, it is not compatible with the latest version of Netflix and the navigation buttons on the remote control often do not respond easily.
Overall, I would recommend it with the mindset that it is worth the money, but it often frustrates you.

Netflix cannot be updated and the version it has is quite user-unfriendly (almost impossible to navigate). It also has limited access to the Google Play Store as it is not a certified device.

I have it for 10 days. It is routed and the supersu & busybox do not work, and its operating system does unrelated things from what you type, it throws you casino gambling advertisements and other things that I don't know how to block, no relation to Android mobile or Linux tablet, even YouTube is difficult to manage.

For normal use, any movie from Kodi, YouTube, internet radio, casual gaming, is great for its price. It produces good sound quality from the permanently connected AV port. Good connectivity both with WiFi and memory card. I bought it for 40€ including shipping. It's good and honest for what it offers, although a friend bought it from abroad for almost half the price.
As for the negatives, it has poor content in the Play Store

I only did it so that I wouldn't put up an antenna because I don't have one in my room.. and I want to download an app with Greek channels and I can't find one.. I thought it was like Android phones but I was wrong..

It is rooted. As a result, Cosmote TV does not work. It has a limited Google store, which means it cannot find enough applications like Vodafone TV, for example. While it says it has Android 10, the Netflix app from the Google store does not update because, as it states, it is no longer supported. The remote control is frankly unacceptable. It only works at one meter and that barely. It often loses the clock setting and requires up to 3 restarts to return to the correct time. The only thing that works properly is Kodi.

Update 16.1.25 Now it doesn't play Netflix either, as it is no longer listed among the compatible devices.

Very good for someone who wants to do their job with little money, it does its job perfectly. I have installed AC market, Rush Rally 3, Farming 14, BB Racing, and all the Stickman games and more. It only lags a little in the Real Racing 3 game on a large track and with many cars. It runs smoothly on a small track. I have also added a fan to keep it cool... and it works great!! I also have 2 other X96 Max+ devices in the living room and another room in a different house. It's almost the same, just this one doesn't have the Play Store open. But with AC market, you can unlock everything and use mods!!! The RAM works comfortably with 1.4 GB free out of 2 GB, which shows that more RAM is unnecessary. The ROM has 13 GB free out of 16 GB, which is perfect...!! Also, it works with a mouse and of course with a PS3 controller connected with a cable, and it's good!!!

Excellent tv box !!! I have tried 7-8 different and much more expensive ones, but this one is really worth it!!!!
It is very fast, plays almost everything with android 10 and affordable!! Excellent purchase!!

The machine does not have an open play store, it does not have all the applications, it has only the applications recommended by the box, you need to download apk applications, while the mini x96 that I have is easier to use and has a free play store.

It is very good...it doesn't lag at all, perfect image, nice design. I paid 39 euros, I think 25-30 would have been a more reasonable price for this specific TV box
