I bought it a few years ago - it died the day before yesterday, I put in batteries, it turned on and off a few times and that's it. Unacceptable for a branded product and in this price category! I will never buy anything Siemens again.

It does not have detailed instructions. You have to experiment to understand how each setting works and if you are lucky, you will understand. Its smart function does not make it easier for me in my case. It does not save me money as it closes very quickly and opens again very quickly.

I have already taken it once for service a year after the purchase date. There was no sign on the screen even though the batteries were new. They replaced it with a new one back then. At the moment I am writing to you, the problem remains, sometimes the indications appear normally, sometimes it shows absolute emptiness and indicates low batteries when they are full. It is now out of warranty and I will probably go for a new one. Real disappointment.

The brand new thermostat they gave me today broke down. Exactly the same problem as the first one. When the batteries ran out and I put new ones, the screen started flashing until it never turned on. I assumed the first time that it was a defective piece but it seems that the problem is widespread.

It does its job well. It reduces temperature fluctuations and maintains a stable temperature in the room.

I use 2 of them in my house on different floors and they really do their job very well. The process of setting them up is easy. The only thing that is necessary through the dip switch is calibrating the temperature sensor and activating the learning process.

I use 3 of them in my house due to having 3 levels and a second season now. Flawless and trouble-free, you can program when you want it to work and when to turn off. It's a bit complex until you understand it, but okay, most things are like that...

Very good although very complex for a simple user.
It has many capabilities and accuracy of 0.2 degrees Celsius.
You can't easily find it in a thermostat.
With the compensation, it operates as required and the temperature stays exactly where you set it.
I will also get a second one for the vacation house.

I have installed two thermostats, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, for two years now. Until today, no problem. The self-learning function is very useful and economical, as depending on the rate at which the temperature rises in the room, the thermostat gives the command to shut down the boiler earlier, so the set temperature is never exceeded and there is fuel savings.

It got stuck and the radiator was working for no reason for several hours.. I couldn't manage to fix it and returned it.

Until the 4th day everything was fine, on the 5th day of use it suddenly froze and all the indicators stayed still (it showed the time it froze). No matter which button I pressed, it didn't respond, I tried to reset it, nothing happened, I took out the batteries again, nothing (the indicators remained on the screen even without batteries). Tomorrow I will return it and we will see. According to its functions, it is very good (if it works), but due to the problem and considering the case of another buyer here whose device broke, I will rate it with one star. Also, I was left without heating.

Second day of operation and the machine shows that it is working and with every ignition and shutdown it learns the space. It maintains the temperature stable with small deviations of + - 0.1 to 0.2 degrees. It is excellent. The only thing is that maybe I would need 3 heating cycles but it is very efficient and operates as described in the manual.
update 26.12.2018: excellent. It opens and closes correctly and learns its environment correctly to turn on and off. Economical and reliable.

Easy to program and with the PID function it saves money by calculating the inertia of the heating system.
The burner turns off exactly when it should, so that the temperature does not go much higher than what has been set.
I replaced a simple bimetallic one that I had with this one and I noticed a difference in the stability of the temperature inside the house.
Also, very easy to connect.

Apart from being relatively complicated to use, with a below-average interface, this is the second one that broke with minimal use. The first one was replaced for free and without any objections at the store where I bought it (kudos to them, excellent service). Let's see what will happen with the second one; I will have to go through the replacement process again and unfortunately burden myself with the same product.
Personal opinion: Leave the brand "SIEMENS" that attracts us like flies. I am sure that if you search well (unlike me), you will find a "specialized" manufacturer whose thermostat will be both reliable and better.

Easy to install and use, it has 5 operating programs for each desired temperature when you are at home and when you leave. It does not require an on-off button, simply with a press of a button when you leave for several days, it is set to the temperature you have programmed, e.g. 8°C
