I bought it randomly from a pharmacy for my grandmother. Very small compartments and the pills are difficult to remove with your finger. You have to turn the whole container upside down and everything will fall out so you can take out what you want. Of course, you will take them all at that time, so it's not a big deal. The transparent sliding lid opens more difficultly in the two bottom rows and especially in the last one. I put the evening pill in the afternoon row since it was empty so that my grandmother wouldn't have trouble opening it.
I consider the black letters to be quite distinguishable on the white background, so it probably won't be difficult for an elderly person to read them. On the back, it has a transparent compartment of a few millimeters thickness that is not visible/stated on the packaging. It will probably be useful for putting some notes - prescription. Time will tell how user-friendly it will be for an elderly person.
