Windows 11, conversations, office for writing by speech, sensitive, it picks up sounds no matter how quietly you speak... amazing!

The only reason I got it was to connect an external 4TB HDD to a Mini PC, but the external power supply of the Mantis was not enough, the HDD did not break like it did for someone else, but it did not have enough power to start. If someone wants it solely for powering an HDD, they should not get it.

Everything else works fine, that's why the 4 stars.

I got it to connect 3 external hard drives with their own power supply and it works perfectly. The USB cable is quite long (80cm) so it can be used with a PC, not just a laptop.

For the money, it's very okay!

There was an issue upon receipt, the second port wasn't working properly and the LED of that specific port didn't light up despite my attempts to turn the switches off and on again. Nevertheless, over time it fixed itself and works well.

Update: it actually works now, so the port that had the problem wants to be used, so practically one port is rendered useless. The others continue to work fine. I use it daily.

The only reason I didn't return it as defective is that I don't need more than three ports to do the job for which I bought it, and I didn't want to go through the process of waiting for a new one.

I connected two 2.5" 4TB external hard drives and I am still crying over one of them, it stopped working after trying to spin it up. I thought that because it has an external power supply the hub would not have a problem, but as it turned out (at least in my case) it is completely unsuitable for such use. If someone wants to connect USB sticks and dongles for wireless mice and keyboards, it will be okay, but this can also be done by USB hubs that do not have an extra power supply. For me, it's a NO

I would buy it again and again. First of all, it can connect up to four devices via USB. It provides incredible speed for transferring data to and from the computer. I use it on a Toshiba Satellite laptop, where two out of three USB ports for some reason do not work. This particular product has boosted my laptop. Now I have four ports that work perfectly and quickly.

Very good speeds even when using multiple disks and USB flash drives.
One major drawback is that one port disconnects when transferring files. I sent it back for replacement and they changed it, but the new one has the exact same issue on the same port!! I don't know if anyone else has encountered this.. Specifically, it is the top port (on the side without the cables).

Very nice for blocking access to manual devices (e.g. cameras, external backup drives, access keys, etc.). I haven't had any transfer issues with anything I've connected so far (external CDs, HDD drives, USB keys, HD cameras, etc.), but I don't use them all together 100%.

If you are using an external USB sound card, it is better not to plug it into the hub because it will have issues

Flawless operation. My entire office on a USB stick plugged into this specific hub for a year now and it has never crashed.

It does what it promises without any interruptions in the connection or any other problem, the on/off switches for each port are very useful (for example, you can have all your external hard drives ready and connect them as needed), so far I haven't needed to connect the transformer, the only thing I can criticize is that the cable is a bit inflexible and not very long (although it has to do with the nature of USB 3 superspeed) and due to its lightweight plastic construction, it doesn't sit very stably on surfaces.

The speeds are exactly what you expect from a USB3 5Gbps connection.

The only negative is the length of the cable which is not short, but if someone doesn't want to have it next to the tower, it's not convenient.

It does exactly what it says and its construction is of high quality. I use it on my MacBook Pro 2012 for multiple devices and sound card simultaneously, and it doesn't hesitate. Buy without fear ;)
