2 sachets/day for the treatment of constipation for 7 days.
1 sachet/day for 14 consecutive days or every other day for maintaining good digestive health.
Add the contents of the sachet to a large glass of drinking water at room temperature and drink it within 10 minutes.
The dosage should be adjusted according to individual response to the treatment. The maximum dose usually does not exceed 4 sachets per day.
