I have had it for 4 years, using it only during periods when I am very tired at work. The heat emission helped a lot in relaxing the muscles, but as soon as I added a little resistance to the device to make a deeper massage, it would slow down as if it was struggling excessively. Suddenly, after 3 months of inactivity, it started doing the same thing with the slightest touch, so it became useless. However, while it was working, it did a pretty good job.

Guys, this one has an issue with its power supply. I have 2 devices and both of them got burned. So, you should get another power supply for 4 euros and it will work again.

I give one star because there are no negatives. I received two devices, one for myself and one for my mother. As soon as I plug in the first one, there is a loud bang and all the fuses in the house blow, causing a power outage. Just to clarify, at that moment, only one fan was running in the house, so the system was not overloaded. I needed an electrician to solve the problem for me. The transformer of the device had a bad smell. Thankfully, I didn't give it as a gift to my mother.

It's worth it!! We got it for 4 people and we are very satisfied. It needs 15 minutes of "rest" per use, to withstand longer over time.
