Based on the theory, phototherapy has a scientific basis but it has to do with the frequency and intensity. Unfortunately, I can't check either of those if it is as it says in the product nor the intensity. I will see the results on my wife and will update. As for the store, the shipping was very fast and the product was well-packaged.
