In its entirety, the work articulates the author's views on significant issues of the political economy of socialism, condenses the theoretical approaches and the dialogue that developed around these issues, with a central question of which laws and how they operate in the revolutionary transitional passage from capitalism to communism, that is, during the period of socialist construction.
