The "forest mix" is a delicious unique blend of 7 different mushrooms, including the King Bolete, Black Trumpet, and Chanterelle, which are "wild" mushrooms selected from Greek forests, combined with mushrooms from our own cultivation such as Gray and Yellow Oyster and Shiitake. The former grow under fir, oak, beech, and chestnut trees where the ideal microclimate of alternating high humidity and sunshine work together to produce firm and clean mushrooms. We select the best, highest quality mushrooms and immediately after picking them, we clean and dry them using the most ecological technology: our sun!
