First of all, I really like that the fish doesn't stick - just as promised. I grilled 2 large sea breams which fit comfortably - but then I tried 2 kilo pagrus and with a little care they came out whole with their crispy skin which I like. Of course, the closing latch may not work properly when you put in 2 thick and somewhat large fish - so be careful not to press the grill too hard and break one of the flexible wires. It's better to use your own method to keep your fish tight between the stainless steel wires without risking breaking one or opening the grill during flipping. I used a carabiner like the ones used by climbers. It kept the fish in place. The wires may not be properly attached at the edges - I had one detached but BBQ.gr immediately replaced the grill without any problem, so kudos to them. Therefore, keep the purchase receipt for any eventuality. Finally, I must say that it is very difficult to clean and the dishwasher cannot make it silver and shiny again, but that's as far as today's technology goes - nothing better can be done in this area.

After 8 months of use, I have to say that I am very satisfied with this purchase. It cleans easily if the sponge moves with the direction of the wires. You don't have to worry about it bending. Food doesn't stick to it either. When I put sardines on it in the summer, I didn't expect them to come off easily. And no matter what I put on it. It just needs a glove to turn it. Of course, for a large fish it's not suitable due to its size. There I use something cheap that is for fish with the same properties as the above (doesn't stick and cleans relatively easily) but not with this quality.
In conclusion, nice quality (stainless steel that doesn't rust, I've seen other stainless steel items rusting), cleans easily, food doesn't stick.
I am very satisfied with the purchase and would give it 6 stars if it had silicone handles on the handles. Happy New Year to everyone!

The grill cleans easily when grilling over regular fire. If the food catches fire or if you have a high flame, then... the difficulty is very high. I had put the ribs on and they caught fire... Unfortunately, I scrubbed for an hour and it still needs more. And I even used a strong cleaner. So I gave it to my brother with a dishwasher to save myself...

Very useful for flipping fish on the gas grill. I usually put bream or a large porgy. It is all stainless steel and cleans very easily!

In the perfect size to fit even in my portable Napoleon TravelQ, I clean it very easily since it is all stainless steel, it comfortably fits even 2 large sea breams, and it has a very good lock to secure the fish! Very well designed!
