The Pavis splint is designed for support, protection, and immobilization of the thumb. The method of stabilizing the thumb allows for the freedom of movement of the rest of the hand. The surface area of the hand in contact with the splint is minimized.

The closure system allows the splint to be adjusted according to personal needs. The position of the thumb can be easily adjusted by loosening the screw that regulates the angle of the thumb. The fabric in contact with the skin is 100% cotton, extremely comfortable, and breathable. The outer part is made of durable elastic fabric, and the velcro closure allows for pressure adjustment. It is fully openable, facilitating painless application.
