Excellent lens, a diamond. I got it for use on my OM-D EM10ii and to replace the 14-42 EZ with something of similar size but better quality in terms of results. Sharp across the entire frame, small and convenient for everyday use, you may lose some practicality due to the fixed lens, but you don't feel like you're losing (the opposite) in terms of photo quality.
Negatives:
- It is slow to focus compared to other lenses (at least on my camera)
- It makes noise when focusing on something that is being recorded in video
Εξαιρετικός φακός, διαμάντι. Τον πήρα για χρήση σε OM-D EM10ii και για να αντικαταστήσω τον 14-42 ΕΖ με κάτι αντίστοιχου μεγέθους αλλά καλύτερης ποιότητας σε ό,τι αφορά το αποτέλεσμα. Οξύς σε όλο το κάδρο, μικρός και βολικός για καθημερινή χρήση, μπορεί να χάνεις σε πρακτικότητα λόγω σταθερού φακού, δεν νιώθεις να χάνεις (το αντίθετο) σε ποιότητα φωτογραφίας.
Αρνητικά:
- Είναι αργός στην εστίαση σε σχέση με άλλους φακούς (τουλάχιστον στη δική μου μηχανή)
- Κάνει θόρυβο όταν εστιάζει κάτι που καταγράφεται και στο βίντεο
An incredible lens in terms of design, visually it seems impossible for this slim lens to be a prime with f/1.7, but it is sharp and optically good, with good build quality, obviously due to its small size it fits everywhere. Its focal length is a bit strange, as if it were slightly wider it would have more usability options, not that this makes the lens incapable of being used for great photos.
The only complaints are that in low light conditions, it struggles a lot to focus and that with the Olympus E-PL5 again in low light conditions it may occasionally show stripes on the top half of the image. It also cannot do continuous AF, like in a video.
Ένας απίστευτος φακός από πλευράς σχεδίασης, εμφανισιακά μοιάζει αδύνατον αυτός ο λεπτός φακός να είναι prime με f/1.7, αλλά όμως. Είναι οξύς και οπτικά καλός, με καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής, προφανώς λόγω του μικρού μεγέθους χωράει παντού. Very good lens, I use it on the GH5 for videography and the image quality it provides in combination with the camera is excellent. Very small, lightweight, and quite bright lens.

Overall, it's worth its money. The 20mm becomes approximately 40mm, so it's a normal lens without distortions (automatically corrected within the camera) for many uses.
Πολύ καλός φακός, τον χρησιμοποιώ στην GH5 για βιντεοσκόπηση και η ποιότητας της εικόνας που δίνει σε συνδυασμό με την κάμερα είναι εξαιρετική. Πολύ μικρός, ελαφρύς και αρκετά φωτεινός φακός.
Το δακτυλίδι της εστίασης έχει πολύ ωραία αίσθηση, αλλά η διαδρομή της εστίασης είναι πολύ μεγάλη κάτι που δυσκολεύει την χειροκίνητη εστίαση, ειδικά αν πρέπει να εστιάσεις από κάτι πολύ κοντά στο άπειρο. Ο φακός δυστυχώς δεν είναι συμβατός με το focus transition της GH5.
Γενικά αξίζει τα χρήματά του. Τα 20mm γίνονται περίπου 40mm οπότε είναι ένας κανονικός φακός χωρίς παραμορφώσεις (διορθώνεται αυτόματα εντός της μηχανής) για πολλές χρήσεις. .
I wanted this lens for a long time. I have the Panasonic Lumix GX80 with the 12-32mm kit lens.
The lens is simply excellent. Its 35mm equivalent is 40mm. The autofocus is fast and accurate. Its sharpness is the best you can get for this price range, and anyone who wants clear photos throughout the frame should buy this lens.
It's a compact lens, very lightweight, ideal for almost all types of photography. An excellent lens for street photography and everyday moments. For portraits, there are definitely better options in terms of bokeh, but shooting wide open also produces a beautiful blur!
My next goal is the Panasonic 42.5mm lens to complete my collection.

Τον φακό αυτό τον ήθελα εδώ και πολύ καιρό. Έχω την Panasonic Lumix GX80 με τον κιτ φακό 12-32mm.
Ο φακός είναι απλά εξαιρετικός. Η αντιστοιχία του στα 35mm είναι 40αρης. Η εστίαση είναι γρήγορη και ακριβής. Η οξύτητα του είναι ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει σε αυτά τα χρήματα και για όποιον θέλει καθαρές φωτογραφίες σε όλο το κάδρο, πρέπει να αγοράσει τον φακό αυτό.
Αρκετά compact φακός, πολύ ελαφρύς, ιδανικός για σχεδόν όλα τα είδη της φωτογραφίας. Άριστος φακός για φωτογραφία δρόμου και για καθημερινές στιγμές. Για πορτραίτα σίγουρα υπάρχουν ιδανικότεροι όσο αφορά το bokeh, όμως τέρμα ανοιχτός παράγει πολύ όμορφο θόλωμα επίσης!
Επόμενος στόχος είναι ο Panasonic 42.5mm και ολοκληρώνω την συλλογή μου.

Να αναφέρω κάτι που δεν το γράφουν πουθενά γιατί ίσως ενδιαφέρει πολλούς. Με τον φακό αυτό δεν λειτουργεί το afc, δηλαδή δεν κάνει continuous focus. Για κάποιους που θέλουν να τραβήξουν πολύ κινούμενα θέματα όπως π.χ. Sports, αυτό είναι ένα θέμα!
Excellent lens, a diamond. I got it for use on my OM-D EM10ii and to replace the 14-42 EZ with something of similar size but better quality in terms of results. Sharp across the entire frame, small and convenient for everyday use, you may lose some practicality due to the fixed lens, but you don't feel like you're losing (the opposite) in terms of photo quality.
Negatives:

Overall, it's worth its money. The 20mm becomes approximately 40mm, so it's a normal lens without distortions (automatically corrected within the camera) for many uses.
Πολύ καλός φακός, τον χρησιμοποιώ στην GH5 για βιντεοσκόπηση και η ποιότητας της εικόνας που δίνει σε συνδυασμό με την κάμερα είναι εξαιρετική. Πολύ μικρός, ελαφρύς και αρκετά φωτεινός φακός.
Το δακτυλίδι της εστίασης έχει πολύ ωραία αίσθηση, αλλά η διαδρομή της εστίασης είναι πολύ μεγάλη κάτι που δυσκολεύει την χειροκίνητη εστίαση, ειδικά αν πρέπει να εστιάσεις από κάτι πολύ κοντά στο άπειρο. Ο φακός δυστυχώς δεν είναι συμβατός με το focus transition της GH5.
Γενικά αξίζει τα χρήματά του. Τα 20mm γίνονται περίπου 40mm οπότε είναι ένας κανονικός φακός χωρίς παραμορφώσεις (διορθώνεται αυτόματα εντός της μηχανής) για πολλές χρήσεις. .
I wanted this lens for a long time. I have the Panasonic Lumix GX80 with the 12-32mm kit lens.
The lens is simply excellent. Its 35mm equivalent is 40mm. The autofocus is fast and accurate. Its sharpness is the best you can get for this price range, and anyone who wants clear photos throughout the frame should buy this lens.
It's a compact lens, very lightweight, ideal for almost all types of photography. An excellent lens for street photography and everyday moments. For portraits, there are definitely better options in terms of bokeh, but shooting wide open also produces a beautiful blur!
My next goal is the Panasonic 42.5mm lens to complete my collection.

I want to mention something that is not mentioned anywhere because it might interest many. With this lens, the AFC (continuous focus) does not work. This is an issue for some who want to capture fast-moving subjects such as sports
Τον φακό αυτό τον ήθελα εδώ και πολύ καιρό. Έχω την Panasonic Lumix GX80 με τον κιτ φακό 12-32mm.
Ο φακός είναι απλά εξαιρετικός. Η αντιστοιχία του στα 35mm είναι 40αρης. Η εστίαση είναι γρήγορη και ακριβής. Η οξύτητα του είναι ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει σε αυτά τα χρήματα και για όποιον θέλει καθαρές φωτογραφίες σε όλο το κάδρο, πρέπει να αγοράσει τον φακό αυτό.
Αρκετά compact φακός, πολύ ελαφρύς, ιδανικός για σχεδόν όλα τα είδη της φωτογραφίας. Άριστος φακός για φωτογραφία δρόμου και για καθημερινές στιγμές. Για πορτραίτα σίγουρα υπάρχουν ιδανικότεροι όσο αφορά το bokeh, όμως τέρμα ανοιχτός παράγει πολύ όμορφο θόλωμα επίσης!
Επόμενος στόχος είναι ο Panasonic 42.5mm και ολοκληρώνω την συλλογή μου.

Να αναφέρω κάτι που δεν το γράφουν πουθενά γιατί ίσως ενδιαφέρει πολλούς. Με τον φακό αυτό δεν λειτουργεί το afc, δηλαδή δεν κάνει continuous focus. Για κάποιους που θέλουν να τραβήξουν πολύ κινούμενα θέματα όπως π.χ. Sports, αυτό είναι ένα θέμα!
