      It is truly shameful for such an item to be available for sale in the market. It is not capable of even sucking up small dried leaves that a simple household broom would easily collect. Not to mention banana leaves, as it immediately gets clogged. It is even worse when it comes to blowing. I believe that this particular product should be immediately withdrawn from the market. It's a pity for the retailer who did not warn me that it is a completely useless tool, and when I told them two days later that I wanted to return it (without a refund but with a product exchange), they naturally refused and shifted the blame onto each other without any effort to assist me.
