I decided to try chewable vitamins to switch from the soluble/effervescent multivitamins that I usually take. However, the result was disappointing. I felt like they didn't offer me anything. Especially in terms of energy, I felt just as tired/exhausted as before I started taking multivitamins. Μπορεί φυσικά και να κάνω λάθος και να είναι καθαρά ιδέα μου και απλώς το συγκεκριμένο προιόν να μην ταιρειάζει σε μένα. Εξού και 3 αστεράκια αντί για 1.
Perfect taste. I haven't been taking them for long, about 2 weeks, along with a multivitamin. I still don't know if they have results or if it's a placebo, but I feel better :)
