I appreciate that it provides at least the filled security compared to the other sliders on the market, due to the difference in quality as well as with the simple pins that a would-be thief could just push aside, and finally with the simple aluminum locks which simply make thieves laugh!!! As for the installation, it definitely requires attention to be done by someone who is handy, as if it is installed crookedly, then the pin will move up and down with difficulty, and be careful NOT to use the screws provided, buy screws that do not have a protruding head. In conclusion, I believe it is the best option available on the market to make balcony doors and windows (opening and sliding, not overlapping) burglar-proof, unless of course they break the glass...

Very reinforced with excellent quality. The weak point is how well it adheres to the door and not the part itself. Especially the stem that receives the pin, which could be kicked out by the screws under high pressure (e.g., with a crowbar). For this reason, I chose the thickest possible sheet metal screws that would fit through its holes and not obstruct the pin. It has milled holes. The sheet metal it has makes it compatible with many types of doors or windows, e.g., with uneven surfaces between the leaves.

They were purchased to be installed on opening windows for extra security at home.
They seem to be well constructed and serve their purpose very well.
As for the drawbacks, I have to say that the screws provided with the lock are not of good quality, so we had to get others to be able to drill the aluminum.
Also, the security pin is a bit difficult to pull up and if you put a little extra force it comes out completely, and this is a problem for me.

The construction is very sturdy and durable, relatively problem-free installation. It was installed on an aluminum door in an outdoor area (meaning it is exposed). I have nothing negative to say. For those who will install it outdoors, I appreciate that the security bolt becomes very tight as the temperature drops, due to contraction. However, it is possible that I did not leave enough allowances during installation, so it may not be a construction issue.

Very good security system and easy to install! Perfect appearance and matches the aluminum of the house.
