Very good water taste, easy installation just needs a little bit of hand grip. Quite negative impression leaves the faucet, which looks very fake and comes out very easily from its case. However, I think all these faucets are more or less in the same category. I will return on June 24th. I went to the store to buy the 4-pack again at the end of March (3 months ago). There was a shortage in one filter. Since then I have visited 4 times, each time they tell me to come in 15 days, come in a month, and yesterday they told me that the company is improving its filters and they don't know when they will finally receive them. Obviously they take us for fools, meaning the company has stopped supplying the market in Europe with filters because they are improving them. The most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. Completely unreliable.

Υπηρχε ελλειψη στο ενα φιλτρο. Απο τοτε εχω περασει 4 φορες , καθε φορα μου λενε ελα σε 15 μερες, ελα σε ενα μηνα και προχτες μου ειπαν οτι η εταιρεια βελτιωνει τα φιλτρα της και δεν ξερουν τελικα ποτε θα παραλαβουν. Μας περνανε για ανιδεους προφανως, Δηλ η εταιρεια σταματησε να τροφοδοτει την αγορα σε ολη την Ευρωπη με φιλτρα επειδη τα βελτιωνου, Ο,τι πιο ηληθια δικαιολογια εχω ακουσει. Τελειως αναξιοπιστοι.
