I've had it for 4 years. In terms of build quality, it's a tank, and it still holds up like the first day. It easily mounts on any stand you have, and it has been tested on both Windows and Linux (without the software, though). The touch-to-mute is also extremely handy, as is the ability to plug headphones directly into it. However, it has two main issues that I've noticed over the years.
The first is that it absolutely requires a pop filter; otherwise, the capsules in front don't get clean no matter how much you try, which is quite a big issue.
The second is that the Elgato software is a complete mess. Practically every time I turn on the computer, even though it's set to autostart, I have to restart the program manually for the microphone to work; otherwise, it "doesn't see sound" and doesn't transmit it to other applications that use the virtual channels. One solution is to uninstall it, and the mic works just fine without it, but the lack of filters noticeably drops the sound quality if someone has bothered to customize it, and for (almost) 120 euros, that hurts.
Personally, if I were in the market for this kind of microphone again, I would either go for the Razer Siren Mini (with slightly worse sound but much cheaper) or I would look directly for an XLR mic for 50-60 euros more.

Μια λύση είναι το να το κάνεις uninstall, και το mic λειτουργεί μια χαρά και χωρίς, ωστόσο η έλλειψη φίλτρων ρίχνει αισθητά την ποιότητα του ήχου αν κάποιος έχει μπει στον κόπο να κάνει παραμετροποίηση, και για (σχεδόν) 120 ευρώ τιμή, αυτό πονάει.
Προσωπικά αν ήμουν στην αγορά τέτοιου μικροφώνου και πάλι, η θα πήγαινα στο razer siren mini (με ελαφρώς χειρότερο ήχο αλλά πολύ πιο φθηνό) η θα έβλεπα κατευθείαν για κάποιο XLR με 50-60 ευρώ παραπάνω.

Tip: use AI to give you settings for the use you want (singing, podcast, etc.). It slightly burdens the computer; I might need a BIOS update to prevent it from weighing down the system.

The microphone is okay, but nothing special, especially at this price. With a little more, you can get the RODE PodMic USB which I recommend. There you can understand the difference in sound quality. Up to 120 euros it's a good choice, above that price it's not worth it. It has a good build as a microphone.

Purchased on 05/11/2022 for €160, the elgato Wave 3 microphone is a great buy, considering it is a condenser microphone at this price. I used it with VST plugins on the elgato wave link, such as compressor, gate, noise reduction, and EQ, to customize the sound to my liking (warm sound for those who know). I have used it for live streaming, video recording, and Discord calls, but it is also suitable for studio recording if properly adjusted (requires a quiet environment).
One notable feature is the Wave Link MicrophoneFX, which allows you to adjust the audio input for all applications and apply VST plugins or filters to enhance the sound.
However, please note that while it is a plug and play microphone, being a condenser microphone means it does not come with its own filters and may require some time to adjust its settings and use VST plugins if you want to achieve professional results.
I highly recommend it, especially now that the price has dropped a bit.
The microphone is okay, the only reason I give it 4 stars is because the microphone has extra buttons on it that essentially work as "shortcuts" and are extremely easy to use.
The downside to this microphone is that you have to load specific applications to fix its sound, otherwise you will sound like you are using a microphone you bought for €2 from the flea market. Personally, I only use this microphone to talk to my friends through Discord, so I don't know how it would work for other things like streaming. I recommend watching a video on YouTube to make sure this is the right microphone for you before buying it.

Το κακό με αυτό το μικρόφωνο είναι ότι πρέπει να φορτώσεις κάτι συγκεκριμένες εφαρμογές για να φτιάξεις τον ήχο του αλλιώς θα ακούγεσαι λες και χρησιμοποιείς ένα μικρόφωνο που πήρες για 2€ από την λαϊκή. Προσωπικά χρησιμοποιώ αυτό το μικρόφωνο μόνο για να μιλάω με τους φίλους μου μέσω το Discord όποτε δεν ξέρω πως θα δούλευε για αλλά πράγματα όπως π.χ. streaming. Προτείνω να δείτε ένα βίντεο στο YouTube για να σιγουρευτείτε ότι αυτό είναι το κατάλληλο μικρόφωνο για εσάς πριν το αγοράσετε.

For it's price, THE BEST! I would not recommend getting the Wave 1 as you cannot adjust the gain from the device. I have been using it for 6 months now and it has greatly improved the quality of my productions - I had the Razer Seirin X (DEFINITELY DOWNLOAD THE ELGATO MIXER! IT WORKS WONDERS!!!)
Purchased on 05/11/2022 for €160, the elgato Wave 3 microphone is a great buy, considering it is a condenser microphone at this price. I used it with VST plugins on the elgato wave link, such as compressor, gate, noise reduction, and EQ, to customize the sound to my liking (warm sound for those who know). I have used it for live streaming, video recording, and Discord calls, but it is also suitable for studio recording if properly adjusted (requires a quiet environment).
One notable feature is the Wave Link MicrophoneFX, which allows you to adjust the audio input for all applications and apply VST plugins or filters to enhance the sound.
However, please note that while it is a plug and play microphone, being a condenser microphone means it does not come with its own filters and may require some time to adjust its settings and use VST plugins if you want to achieve professional results.
I highly recommend it, especially now that the price has dropped a bit.
The microphone is okay, the only reason I give it 4 stars is because the microphone has extra buttons on it that essentially work as "shortcuts" and are extremely easy to use.
The downside to this microphone is that you have to load specific applications to fix its sound, otherwise you will sound like you are using a microphone you bought for €2 from the flea market. Personally, I only use this microphone to talk to my friends through Discord, so I don't know how it would work for other things like streaming. I recommend watching a video on YouTube to make sure this is the right microphone for you before buying it.
Το μικρόφωνο είναι οκ, ο μόνος λόγος που του βάζω 4 αστέρια είναι γιατί το μικρόφωνο έχει έξτρα κουμπιά πάνω του που δουλεύουν ουσιαστικά σαν “shortcuts” και είναι υπερβολικά εύκολο να βολευτείς με αυτά.
Το κακό με αυτό το μικρόφωνο είναι ότι πρέπει να φορτώσεις κάτι συγκεκριμένες εφαρμογές για να φτιάξεις τον ήχο του αλλιώς θα ακούγεσαι λες και χρησιμοποιείς ένα μικρόφωνο που πήρες για 2€ από την λαϊκή. Προσωπικά χρησιμοποιώ αυτό το μικρόφωνο μόνο για να μιλάω με τους φίλους μου μέσω το Discord όποτε δεν ξέρω πως θα δούλευε για αλλά πράγματα όπως π.χ. streaming. Προτείνω να δείτε ένα βίντεο στο YouTube για να σιγουρευτείτε ότι αυτό είναι το κατάλληλο μικρόφωνο για εσάς πριν το αγοράσετε.

One of its good features is that it protects against distortions if you speak too loudly. Its program is also very good because it creates 2 channels, one for you, one for broadcast.
I would like it to come with additional height adjustment for the stand because otherwise it is too low and doesn't reach your mouth.

Ένα από τα καλά που έχει είναι ότι προστατεύει από παραμορφώσεις αν μιλήσεις πολύ δυνατά. Το πρόγραμμα του επίσης είναι πολύ καλό γιατί σου φτιάχνει 2 κανάλια, ένα για σένα, ένα για broadcast.
Θα ήθελα να δίνει μαζί τα επιπλέον του ύψους της βάσης γιατι αλλιώς είναι πολύ χαμηλό και δεν φτάνει στο στόμα σου.

I've had it for 4 years. In terms of build quality, it's a tank, and it still holds up like the first day. It easily mounts on any stand you have, and it has been tested on both Windows and Linux (without the software, though). The touch-to-mute is also extremely handy, as is the ability to plug headphones directly into it. However, it has two main issues that I've noticed over the years.
The first is that it absolutely requires a pop filter; otherwise, the capsules in front don't get clean no matter how much you try, which is quite a big issue.
The second is that the Elgato software is a complete mess. Practically every time I turn on the computer, even though it's set to autostart, I have to restart the program manually for the microphone to work; otherwise, it "doesn't see sound" and doesn't transmit it to other applications that use the virtual channels. One solution is to uninstall it, and the mic works just fine without it, but the lack of filters noticeably drops the sound quality if someone has bothered to customize it, and for (almost) 120 euros, that hurts.
Personally, if I were in the market for this kind of microphone again, I would either go for the Razer Siren Mini (with slightly worse sound but much cheaper) or I would look directly for an XLR mic for 50-60 euros more.
Το εχω 4 χρόνια. Κατασκευαστικά είναι σκυλί, και ακόμα κρατάει σαν την πρώτη μέρα. Εύκολα γίνεται mount σε όποια βάση και να έχετε, και εχει δοκιμαστεί τόσο σε windows όσο και σε Linux (χωρίς το software ωστόσο). Το touch-to-mute επίσης είναι εξαιρετικά εύχρηστο, όπως και η δυνατότητα να βάλεις ακουστικά με καρφί απευθείας πάνω τους. Παρολαυτά έχει δυο βασικά θέματα που είδα μέσα στα χρόνια.
Το πρώτο είναι πως θέλει υποχρεωτικά pop filter, αλλιώς οι κυψέλες μπροστά δεν καθαρίζουν όσο και να χτηπιέσαι, το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο θέμα.
Το δεύτερο είναι πως το Elgato software είναι ενα ελλεινό σκουπίδι. Πρακτικά κάθε φορα που ανοίγω τον υπολογίστη, παρόλου που είναι στο autostart, θέλει restart το πρόγραμμα με το χέρι προκειμένου να δουλέψει το μικρόφωνο, διαφορετικά "δεν βλέπει ήχο" και δεν τον μεταδίδει στις υπόλοιπες εφαρμογές που χρησιμοποιούν τα virtual channels. Μια λύση είναι το να το κάνεις uninstall, και το mic λειτουργεί μια χαρά και χωρίς, ωστόσο η έλλειψη φίλτρων ρίχνει αισθητά την ποιότητα του ήχου αν κάποιος έχει μπει στον κόπο να κάνει παραμετροποίηση, και για (σχεδόν) 120 ευρώ τιμή, αυτό πονάει.
Προσωπικά αν ήμουν στην αγορά τέτοιου μικροφώνου και πάλι, η θα πήγαινα στο razer siren mini (με ελαφρώς χειρότερο ήχο αλλά πολύ πιο φθηνό) η θα έβλεπα κατευθείαν για κάποιο XLR με 50-60 ευρώ παραπάνω.
The microphone is amazing but needs software plugins for settings. Without them, it sounds worse than a simple condenser. With them, it delivers high-quality sound. Tip: use AI to give you settings for the use you want (singing, podcast, etc.). It slightly burdens the computer; I might need a BIOS update to prevent it from weighing down the system.
Το μικρόφωνο είναι εκπληκτικό αλλά θέλει software plugins για ρυθμίσεις. Χωρίς αυτές ακούγεται χειρότερα από πυκνωτικο απλό. Με αυτές δίνει ήχο υψηλής ποιότητας. Συμβουλή: βάλτε AI να σας δώσει ρύθμιση για τη χρήση που θέλετε (τραγούδι, podcast κτλ). Βαραίνει λίγο τον υπολογιστή, ενδεχομένως να θέλω bios update για να μην βαραίνει το σύστημα.
I have bought quite a few microphones, but this is the best. Plug and play, which means you connect it and it works. It has a volume control for the voice, it can be mounted on a stand and you can add a pop filter (sold separately, unfortunately). You can connect headphones to it, which are also controlled by the microphone, and the best part? It has a touch button for mute? I hope I helped
έχω πάρει αρκετά μικρόφωνα αλλά αυτό είναι το καλύτερο. plug and play αυτο σημαίνει το συνδέεις και παίζει. έχει ρύθμιση έντασης για την φωνή, μπορεί να μπει σε βάση και να βάλεις ποπ φιλτερ( πωλούνται έξτρα, δυστυχώς) μπορείς να συνδέσεις πάνω του ακουστικά τα οποία και αυτά ρυθμίζονται από το μικρόφωνο και το καλύτερο; έχει κουμπί αφής για mute ?, ελπίζω να βοήθησα

I've had it for almost 2 years, it did its job honestly. When the sound is amplified through software (wavelink) you will always have distortions. The microphone is okay, but nothing special, especially at this price. With a little more, you can get the RODE PodMic USB which I recommend. There you can understand the difference in sound quality. Up to 120 euros it's a good choice, above that price it's not worth it. It has a good build as a microphone.

Το μικρόφωνο είναι οκ, αλλά τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο και ειδικά σε αυτή την τιμή. Με λίγα παραπάνω παίρνεις RODE PodMic USB το οποίο και προτέινω. Εκεί καταλαβαίνεις την διαφορά στην ποιότητα ήχου. Μέχρι τα 120 ευρώ είναι καλή επιλογή, πάνω απο αυτή την τιμή δεν αξίζει. Έχει καλή κατασκευή σαν μικρόφωνο.
