It's just fine, the pressure is like all shower heads... strong, especially in the 2 massage functions it pushes your head down from the maximum pressure.

If you turn the shower head upside down before connecting it to the hose, there is a plastic, let's call it a cap-plug, to reduce the pressure.
Don't rate a product so badly when you can remove it with even a simple tweezer... knife... needle-nose pliers... in less than 10 seconds.
They've deliberately made it easy to remove for anyone who wants to... and is smart enough...
