I was deceived by the label "long grain basmati". This rice is not even close to being basmati. We boiled it both in a pot and in a special rice cooker. It produced an incredible amount of foam while boiling and basically turned into mush. So be careful, don't waste your money. It goes without saying that we know very well the correct rice/water ratios. We have boiled tons of basmati in the special machine.
