Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Users who find it compatible mainly appreciate the good sound quality and smooth operation, particularly with Huawei devices. It is also described as small and convenient, and works well with headphones and a microphone on some models. However, compatibility varies significantly by device, and several users report audio dropouts or failure after use.
I have both. The authentic (retail, with packaging) and the imitation (supposedly bulk, in a bag).
The imitation:
It broke after less than 10 uses.
It has very low sound intensity. It's hard to hear the other person and you almost forget about the music.
I was always told that I couldn't be heard well during conversations.
The cable is inflexible.
The authentic:
It works perfectly. No issues.
I can hear and be heard comfortably. Clear music, with better (but you could say it's average) volume.
It has a plug that doesn't stick out too much from the phone, a flexible cable with a sticker with CE etc. on it.
Έχω και τα 2.
Misleading description, it claims to be ideal for any USB Type-C compatible device, but it does not work on Xiaomi Redmi Note 8.
I wanted to buy 2 and my goodness. Not only are there the differences you see in the pictures (on the left the 2 I bought recently, on the right the one I've had for 1 year) but they don't hear me well during a call, while with the old one which as it shows is the official one everything is fine. Before you buy it, do your research or you will regret it.

Purchase made on 2/8/22. It didn't work at all. Returned it. I don't know if it was the product's fault or the connectivity with my phone and computer (I tried it on both). Anyway, it didn't work and I won't go through further procedures. There are other companies in the market. From what I saw, they don't offer any special warranty for such cables.
Prefer the retail version for guaranteed build quality. The cable is generally soft and likely prone to tangling, which may cause it to break. With a little care, it will last a long time.

Good although expensive due to the brand name. However, it is quite durable and fits perfectly in the phone port without "playing" so that it comes out easily
Absolutely useless for Samsung Galaxy S10e, A51, Tab S6!
I don't know if it works on Huawei devices, but not clearly stating its connectivity capabilities beforehand is unacceptable!
Much more powerful sound than the equivalent Apple converter. If the damages mentioned by other users occur, I will come back.
I bought it for xiaomi mi a2... It worked for about a month and then it started having problems with sound transmission (microphone and headphones). For the -short- period it lasted, it was a good adapter and the sound was decent.

The Huawei CM20 adapter connects headphones with a 3.5 mm plug to a device with a USB-C port, allowing them to be used for listening to music and making calls. Its TPE cable is 9 cm long.
