I received the first package, which was damaged by the courier and the oven had dents... it was loosely packed in a cardboard box without any styrofoam or anything. I returned it. And today I received one of much better quality compared to the first, which seemed somewhat fake and very light... the second one is excellent, sturdy, and as shown in the photo, with wooden handles and not plastic ones like the first... and I think they even sent it from a different store!

I have bought it for my eyelash tools as a Lash Artist for 6 months now and I am absolutely satisfied! I highly recommend it!

It is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions that this blue film on the tray should be removed. It is difficult to remove; I tried at first and it wouldn't come off at all. So I assumed it was some kind of lining, since it wouldn't come off. I ran the oven for an hour at 200 degrees and the film melted and the whole house smelled like burnt plastic. Now it can't be removed at all and they won't accept my return request. Also, the oven lid doesn't fit perfectly at the front right, so it might be losing heat. In short, wasted money!

I bought the oven about 10 days ago. So far it works just fine. Of course, during the first few minutes of use, there is a slight burnt smell, which subsides by the time the operation is completed. I want to believe that with time and use, this smell will stop.
I should also mention that the transaction with the store was flawless, no problems at all and I received the product exactly on the delivery date they had stated.

I don't understand why people write in the comments that it smells burnt when they use it. It is a product that reaches sterilization temperatures, so of course there will be a very slight scent in the air when it operates, just like with any other heating device (iron, oven, hair straightener, toaster). I have been using it for years in a tattoo studio and now I bought a second one for nail technicians, I have absolutely no complaints, I recommend it unreservedly.

Be careful to remove all the stickers, there are some on the disc at the handles underneath. Fortunately, I saw them and they didn't melt before the first use; before I use it, I let it preheat for ten minutes

WARNING, the product contains hidden plastic parts!!! The product lacks proper instructions, resulting in issues during the first use and forcing me to replace it without any problem through skroutz. It has hidden glued plastic parts and luckily I noticed it before it was too late, it had only been slightly damaged. Additionally, it does not explain what some small components included in the packaging are. Other than that, if you remove those and figure out how to assemble everything, it works fine!!!
