After 6 months of use, the problems started. The app, after some update, would freeze, wouldn't connect, etc. I had contacted the company itself back then and they told me to talk to the store (now what does the store have to do with the app...), I didn't bother, tried again after years and with another phone, the app still had issues. The scale itself also had issues with the settings because I tried to reset it and it wouldn't cooperate. I don't know if its measurements were accurate because I didn't have a second opinion, so I'll say they were realistic. The cherry on top came in the last 2 years, when to see how much I weigh I have to step on it 3 times because usually the first time it won't show the correct weight. As for the other measurements, I won't even discuss it, they don't exist. I would have thrown it away a long time ago but I feel bad about the 50-60€ I spent back then. Definitely wasted money though

Οι μετρήσεις της δεν ξέρω αν ήταν accurate γιατί δεν είχα και δεύτερη γνώμη, οπότε θα πω οτι ήταν ρεαλιστικές. Το κερασάκι στην τούρτα ήρθε τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια, που για να δω ποσα κιλά είμαι ανεβαίνω 3 φορές γιατί συνήθως η πρώτη φορά δεν θα μου βγάλει σωστά. για τις υπολοιπες μετρήσεις δεν το συζητάω καν, δεν υπάρχουν. Θα την είχα πετάξει εδώ και καιρό αλλά λυπάμαι τα 50-60€ που είχα δώσει τότε. Σίγουρα πεταμένα λεφτά πάντως

The body fat measurement is also outside realistic values. Of course, I do not expect it to have the same accuracy as devices worth €1000, but not like this either. For example, the deviation from the hospital scales on a no-name scale I have is ~0.3kg. I therefore requested a refund in order to get another one. The store did not approve the return, but referred me to the representative who told me on the phone that the 1.5% deviation is within the device's specifications and that for body fat measurement I might need to state that I exercise more so that the algorithm can correct the body fat measurement, meaning practically instead of the device telling me the fat percentage, I should tell it! providing incorrect data!!! The product description is misleading as it does not mention anywhere the acceptable deviation percentages. The instruction sheet states, "Be careful as there may be technical tolerances in the measurement, as this is not a scale that has been calibrated for professional, medical use," without mentioning the acceptable deviation percentages, so we rely on the representative's statements that these are within the acceptable deviation, and of course, my dear Greece, with the respect for your consumer, in all its glory!!! Congratulations Beurer, it's a pity because I had it in high regard...

Συγχαρητήρια Beurer, κρίμα γιατί την είχα σε εκτίμηση...
